The resort is really beautiful, however, there is no beach near by. The prices are extremely high for what if offers.

There was a 5.5 hearthquake where the epicentre was only 5 km away from the hotel, we felt it really strong during the night. No one call from the reception to ask if we where ok, there is no emergency instructions on how to proceed in an hearthquake, considering the fact that this area is common to have them.

Stunning location with views of the ocean and bay. Beautiful air conditioned villas with private pools. Villas are well located to provide privacy. Friendly staff. Beautiful birds, small mammals and butterflies. Only a short drive to the nearest restaurants and shopping mall. Within driving distance from Mexico City, only a 4 to 5 hour drive.

Food and drink is very expensive.

Beautiful views, wonderful staff, delicious food and drinks and all for an excellent price!! Will be back again next year.

To be honest it was great all together, any issues were simply out of the resorts control and they worked hard to make things as perfect as possibly.

This was our second trip within 3 years to this hotel. First of all the staff was very friendly , specially Chef Manuel and Jose, the General manager, both did an extraordinary job in all senses during our trip. On my request they extended our reservation for one more night for both rooms within very short notice and change one of my rooms immediately when needed because of a noise coming from the AC system. The check-in was fast , the rooms where ready at the time we arrived (430pm) and the staff was efficient and friendly. The rooms are what you expect for what you pay , particularly for the privacy and direct view towards the sea or the bay. We had breakfast at La Nao every day , it is very good , a bit expensive to be Acapulco, but it is worth it for the exclusivity and tranquility of the place and the unparalleled view of the pacific ocean. Again the staff was very friendly. Considering that we where there at the end of the year with some cities in Mexico with a lockdown because of the covid the hotel exceeded our expectations again.

As i said, everything regarding the staff was great. The property looks good but not new. Some of the decks need repairs and the bathrooms start to look a little worn as well as the vinyl films on the windows.

Lots of mosquitos but our villa was covered in foliage so that was to be expected. The staff did fumigate multiple times and provided bug spray

Beautiful property with the most amazing views of Acapulco bay. The hotel knew it was my husbands birthday and went above and beyond to help make our stay special. Ricardo arranged a beautiful private sunset dinner. The food was amazing! Our waiter Antonio was so friendly, polite and helpful. We also had dinner at Saffron, our dinner there was also wonderful. Service and food was 5*. Every single member of staff that we met on the property was so helpful and friendly.

All the staff is always very mindful of the guests well-being. You can truly focus on relaxing and forget about everything that’s going on outside. I went with my 5 member family and they where all amazed by the location and the setup.

There are only 2 things we didnt like about The place. 1. Too many mosquitoes at night. Basically everyone was bitten at least 25 times. It’s a real nuisance. 2. Food is expensive.

the privacy, location and the attentiveness of the staff. it was perfect. the windows overlooking the bay from the villa from the bedroom to the Bathroom was outstanding

even tho I loved the privacy away from other guests, getting a golf buggy to and from the villa was a bit cumbersome. but that’s a small niggle!

Prices for Food and Drinks on American Price Level, definetly not mexican Level. We did not like the infelxibility of the Location, everything had to be made with a Golf buggy. Moskito Time at our season and bay view terrace
