Breakfast was not that bad. Reasonable. Property and facilities was good although old. I put 10/10, to show how bad some of the staff. And booking.com shows good reviews only. You have to scroll for the bad ones.

The staff. Upon arrival an old malay valet guy was rude and not patience, shouting at us. We were not even blocking anyone. Went to buy take-away drinks, but the restaurant staff just walk off. Breakfast time, the staff who was doing the checking was rude and dismissing us when we inform that we bought breakfast package together with room. Even told us we book via Agoda. Thank goodness still got the reference Booking.com no. The housekeeping charge us rm2 per mineral bottle. We had to buy since they didnt clean our room till 7pm only. We ask and book transport to airport. When checkout, was inform there was no such service. Not all staff was bad. Some was still friendly and kind.

Mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Iron and ironing board are provided in room. Spacious, clean room. Separate bathtub and shower. Strong wi-fi. Friendly staff.

I think the management should do something with the check-ins/ hire more housekeeping staff. Check-in should be after 3pm, we check-in at 4pm but our room was ready at 5pm. My sister who queued behind me for check-in only received her key around 6:30pm, and that only after she requested for a refund. It was bad considering she has two kids and a baby. By that time there were still other guests who did not receive their keys, it was like a nursery at the lobby with crying babies and toddlers😅

Clean and comfortable, spacious room, the housekeeping team was friendly and helpful, breakfast had a variety of options, the receptionist provided free parking (need to bring the TnG card to waive)

I couldn't find the water dispenser and the room door was stuck a bit, so had to give a good push to open it. There were people waiting at the lobby when we arrived at 3PM. The receptionist told us that we'll have to wait for 15 - 20 minutes but it was 40 mins ady. We followed up and were given a room immediately. I don't know what happened to those who arrived earlier and did not follow up. Crowded prolly bcs it was Christmas season

The room is spacious and clean with comfortable bed, the hotel also provide paryer mat for muslim, toilet also clean with basic ammenities, and the staffs are all very welcoming, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast spread was variety and delicious, alhamdulillah.

The chek in process was slow (super slow) and once we checked in at the counter we still have to wait another 1 hour to get our room ready. To be honest we expect to get the room at 3pm punctual since we also need to check out at 12pm the next day. This is so dissapointing and frustrating since I have baby and toodlers with me and they were already restless wiating for the room to be ready at the lobby. I hope that the hotel management can take note on this issue seriously and improve.

This is my hotel of choice whenever i come to Seremban for my clinical posting in Hospital Tunku Jaafar. Only 5 mins driving to the hospital. Wonderful and accommodative staff from concierge, restaurants, housekeeping, laundry, especially reception staff and Manager on Duty, Arif Hamilton and one sweet lady that im not able to get her name, who kindly assist me almost every morning with printing my presentation papers. Asiatique Restaurant serve delicious food everyday during breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner except this morning, sorry the main dishes nasi goreng, bihun goreng and nasi lemak tasted so bland. The rest are ok. My favourite station are their salads especially varieties of kerabu taste salad. Life guard in swimming pool is very exceptional. This is second time i brought my niece and nephews along to stay here over the weekend and he is really responsible in making sure the children are safe and the parents are attentive to ensure their safety as well. Because the adult pool with slide is quite deep even for adults.

Smell inside elevator. On the second night i called room service at 3am to order some snacks and drinks because i was hungry due to jet lag and stay up to do my assignment but no answer.

The service, comfort, location were all very good. Wonderful staff, good facilities and the spacious room really made our stay great. On top of that, the view was really nice. Parking was affordable, even if you're not a guest.

While our stay was great, some improvements are in dire need. You can tell the hotel is quite old because of obvious signs of wear and tear, and cleanliness was not at optimum levels. The room was noticeably dusty in corners, there were some stains (that I understand are hard to remove) in the bathroom and on the tables. The lights in the room is a bit dim, air-cond was not very cold, and toilet drain was a bit stuck. Also, there was a small end of a nail poking out from the floor near the window. We had to cover it in case our son got hurt. Sorry, we forgot to mention this to the management. We like the hotel so we hope there can be improvements in these. Keep up the good work.

I'm satisfied with my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking but need tng card. Clear the charge at the receiption. Check-in was fast. My room was fine and neat. Pillow was soft and the bed was comfortable (Im amazed bcs they included the sejadah to pray). Most of hotel I stay not offer that. Breakfast was great and have variety of choice. Dont have much view around the hotel but I enjoy relax near the pool. Im not explore around the hotel much but I wish there's like snooker or pingpong table, maybe a reading area, for a short term a list of activities so people enjoy at the hotel instead of going outside. What I can say is I definitely will visit when I hit seremban again.

Check-in was smooth and fast. We booked 2 rooms and had connecting room. When we arrived at the room, I found out it can easily fit a family of six. Its spacious. Breakfast was okay, not much option but alhamdulillah it fills your belly up till lunch. Teh tarik sedap 😋 Shout out to Murugiah, our favourite guy in Royale Seremban who handle swimming pool area. Friendly, caring and responsible. Our kids loves Uncle Murugiah. Overall, we had so much fun during our stay. 🩷

The service was tip top. We arrived a lot earlier than expected and the receptionist was very kind and said will call to let us in as soon as they can and in less than an hour we got our room. The swimming pool was extremely nice and the kids really enjoyed the slide as well as the waterfalls. The pool guy was also very kind and provided all sorts of pool items like floaties and balls for them to have even more fun. The bathroom and the room was really spacious and even though the tub at first didn't really work, the maintenance guy came by and fixed it real quick. Overall was a great experience for my kids and I.

Supposedly there is a kids room but when we got there the room became a meeting room so there was no play room even though it mentioned there was one. The breakfast was extremely mediocre. There was no spa, it was closed down!

Spacious room and toilet. Quiet location yet very near to the town. Very near to KTM station. About 5min ride with grab only.

Check in process is smooth. However there is stil room to improve. Usually most of the hotel will let me know what is my room number at what floor, where is the breakfast restaurant, breakfast started from what time to what time. All these info is not explained to me and just pass me the room card.
