I love the spot. Easy parking. Friendly stuffs. Easy check in.

Had a bad night due to motor sounds at night. Maybe can work on sound proofing.

Everything ok. Accept noisy sound from the car and motor race outside mid night. Its disturbing sleeping. Staf very good and helping so much. Food is ok but not tasty . Nasi lemak less santan..taste like white rice only.haha. mee goreng mamak is tasty.sedap

The room is ideal for relaxation

No iron board, parking is payable, nobody at counter (midnight)

I love the area where i was staying. it was centralized to most of things to do in Melaka. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Most importantly when I was staying in my room, it was comfortable, spacious and a good value for money

I wish they would not do the deposit system as a very old school manner of physically having cash with you. I thought things have moved on to a cashless method, so hopefully that.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The view is bonus as we can see the firework, though is a little bit far away. Relatively enough parking space though need to pay on nornal rate. (Free parking space is limited)

The room is too dim. Adding a light on or near the TV will help a lot. The shower room is better to install something like a rack shelf or basket holder to hold the customers bathing stuffs.

Room was spacious, big bathroom and bathtub was unexpected. Service was very good, reception was very nice and helpful and informed options of parking (park at resort for free or risk summons at street parking even on weekends etc)

Breakfast could have been improved. It's edible, but really cant match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

I reached hotel 10mins before 3pm and got up noticed that the room was not ready (not clean). I was asked by the housekeeper to go down and wait until the room is ready. I go down to recep and she told me that the room is changed to new room - British English. It was nice and tidy.

The recep should be communicated with housekeeper to get updates on room availability - so that customer don’t have to wait.

A great location with the old town east walking distance. Lots around the hotel with places to eat, drink and shop. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable.

It isn’t a problem but there is a difference between the hotel and resort. They are literally next door, the pool and gym are in the resort, but we stayed in the hotel. It is two minute walk.

Staff very helpful. I'm appreciate.especially cleaner name Brenda. Without asking her to help me, She was helping me 2 times bring me to my car while I'm sitting on wheelchair.

I miss two times breakfast because hard to walking due my slip disc. I'm happy if staff can bring food to my room .but I'm shy to ask😅

Friendly and helpful staff, check in very fast, breakfast delicious suitable for all age👍👍👍, location near to town also near to pantai klebang, garden room very spacious and comfortable for me have infant and kid. Everything good n smooth..

No hotel car park.
