Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Enjoyed the 32 floor spa and pool view was excellent from both, service and staff were great friendly and kind

The noise from club, control of kids in pool, but then it is a pool, the fact that I had to report a very noisy elevator that indicated something was not right, which turned out correct as it was closed for the rest of my stay other wise it was ok

Love the location…! Nice large rooms, bathrooms, great breakfast, buggy to and from KLCC Mall, On the Go restaurant (love…!), friendly staff throughout.

I love this hotel generally, but this time there were a few small things that needed fixing. It won’t stop me staying there, but they should be attended to - eg bathroom door - magnets to hold door open both broken, phone plug kept falling out…

Almost everything was excellent. Location is great. View of the KLCC Twin Tower was superb from our room. Room, beddings and facilities provided were clean and well funtioned. The Traders Club Lounge was cozy and serve delicious lite meals and drinks. Pool at the Sky Bar is adequate. Breakfast was hearty and sumptious. Staff are helpful and friendly, they appear committed with their tasks. Buggy service to Suria KLCC and concierge service are greatly convenient too. We congratulate the amnagemwnt and staff at Traders. Keep up the great work. We hope to come again in the future.

Better explanation can be conveyed to guests upon arrival regarding: 1. The exact Parking location 2. Special check in for Traders Club 3. Fruits and Crisps could be added for snacks at the Club Lounge.

Location to the KLCC is great, parking was good. Superb breakfast and in room dining.

The staff was still good but lost abit of the warmth. Before covid, we were a frequent visitor to Traders. Hope they could capture that back

Loveee the location as it's just a walking distance to KLCC. The view of Twin Towers and the other buildings from 16th floor were remarkable especially at night!

The interior of the hotel room could be refurbished to enhance the quality of the amazing hotel.

Location is perfect! Room also nice with klcc view. Breakfast is excellent too.

The buggy service is slow. We have to wait for 15 minutes and have contacted the hotel twice. And finally we just took a walk back to hotel… The check out counter also slow. Only one counter opened and it was 12noon. Supposedly more staffs work during the peak check out time.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in front of the Petronas twin towers, so the rooms have a great view. The park in front of the hotel was great for walking and felt safe in the evenings. If you need it the hotel provided a free golf buggy chauffer service to drop off and pick up from the shopping center in front of the towers. The Breakfast catered for all nationalities and was to a high standard.

The Room was good, but the decor is starting to look a little bit tired in the room i had. They need to update the rooms. At Check in the process took far too long nearly 30mins, for then for them to say our rooms weren't ready at 5pm. But to make it up to us they did give us a free evening meal and drinks until our room was ready.

We had a room with the view of the tower despite not booking for it - so this was a bonus! The room was spacious, toilet and area very clean. Used the fridge to store my EBM but I felt it wasn't very cold - pretty obvious the coffee machine and fridge were old and in need of update. Water pressure and temperature were great! Service wise - asked the housekeeping to keep my icepacks frozen and they were obliging and this was greatly appreciated! The free continuous shuttle to and from KLCC Suria was really helpful!

Nothing much to highlight - really it's been a great stay!

We got a room upgrade. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The entire hotel is clean and quiet albeit very busy with tourists. During check in, the lobby was very busy but I could see the hotel staff was really trying his best to speed things up as he was zipping around at energetically and really trying to be fast. I regret not jotting his name down. I am very impressed with his service.

The reception seem to always be understaffed causing the lobby to be congested with guests. During check out a staff saw us waiting to be served as he walked away from the check in counter, saw me, made eye contact but proceeded to look away and just walked away. He should have take the initiative to see what help we needed or at least acknowledge our existence rather thab ignoring us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Initially, I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the newly refurbished ambiance and the incredible view it offered. Speaking of the view, it was absolutely magnificent! I was fortunate enough to have a room with the best view ever. Waking up to that breathtaking sight each morning was truly a highlight of my stay. The hotel's location is undoubtedly its biggest asset, and although the suite I stayed in was a bit small, it was more than compensated by the stunning surroundings. The bed in my suite was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful and rejuvenating sleep. This is crucial for me during my travels, and I am pleased to say that this hotel provided me with just that. Overall, my experience at this hotel was worth every penny. The stunning view, the newly refurbished atmosphere, and the comfortable bed all contributed to making my stay truly memorable. Despite the suite being a bit on the smaller side, the location and the overall experience more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a view that will leave you in awe.
