Very spacious 2 bedrooms apartment. Well equipped. Fully furnished. Pool is fairly huge ~50m in length (entire floor) and opens till 10pm. House keeping/cleaning is excellent.

There was strong sewerage smell in one toilet. But the hotel admin acted seriously in reducing it by providing chemical treatments on our request. Recommendation: so much vacant space around pool floor. Please provide a cafe/bar, water slides, activities for kids.

The apartment is very big and fits a big family. They provide a washing machine which was very nice and helpful. The location is great and near most of the KL attractions. The complementary refreshment drinks were so nice.

A little far from the main street where you need to walk a little hill or take the free baggy bus o go up and down.

I liked the large pool and our housekeeper was super friendly as well as the guards. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and quiet. Location was excellent as well.

The gym should definitely be kept up to date. Some machines did not work and instead of fixing it they just hung a sign 'out of order'. For a 5 star hotel it's all in the details and that was definitely lacking. I also saw some spit in the elevator. Or something that looked a lot like it. I told someone at the front desk and it seemed they took care of it but 5 hours later the spit was still there. There was also a person who just started spitting in the plants at the pool. First he was spitting at the side of the pool where the water overflows. I would definitely suggest no spitting signs. Especially with covid this is just disgusting.

Super easy check in. The parking is free private parking within the building (not public as advertised). Fantastic room with an amazing view of the Petronas Towers and very spacious. The pool is just fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The only thing that could be improved is the amount of loungers by the pool. Considering there is so much space, there is very little provided and so these were quickly taken up. Also, the bar appears to be poorly stocked for a cocktail hour that is advertised - no cocktails, only beer, wine and soft drinks - so we went elsewhere.

Visited with family for 5 nights. Great Swimming pool at 8th floor ( 50meters in lenght, suitable for distances swimming, working from 7am till 22pm), has also small children pool zone and small play ground. Apartment size, facilities( kitchen, two bathrooms, washing machine with dryer functions, amenity kits ( even had sewing kit), etc) in the room were great. Location perfect, just 10 minutes walk to KLCC park ( which has a massive children playground and pool), Petronas Towers and Pavilion shopping mall. Very responsive staff - broken washing machine was troubleshooted & eventually replaced with new one within 2hour from report to front desk. Room with nice view to surrounding skyscrapers, especially at night . Breakfast served at 46floor with a nice view. Room service done each day like a clock. Perfect value for the price and good choice for both, short and long term stays.

great pool, great room, brilliant location for getting around KLCC

Not necessarily the property’s fault but there were an abundance of mosquitoes in communal areas and the work made it look like a building site. There were a few facilities that weren’t finished like the communal grill, which would have been nice to use had they been finished. Lack of staff early in the morning when guests are due to depart is also frustrating, as is the lack of a full time chef/late night bar. The building also does not allow multiple lift access keys, meaning if you are staying as a couple you cannot be apart within the building.

No air conditioning in hallway and the elevator, cased mosquito in the room. There was only one person working at the front desk which caused guests waiting for long time.

Everything was amazing- hotel, location, view and most importantly staff. Zatun and Oly did everything possible so I can feel special. Room service was excellent. 100% recommend.

The location is the best. Walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion. They have buggy car to send you to and pick up from road junction to hotel. This is excellent service. I hope they can maintain the building well cos currently the room, furniture and facilities are new, but hopefully can maintain all the time. I definitely will come back again.

So far nothing bad to comment.

This time round we didn't get a room with a view. That dampens our experience. Due to this, we will consider other hotels if we were to visit kl again.
