Sun Inns Hotel Sentral, Brickfields

For my first and short visit of Kuala Lumpur, I wanted to stay in a practical area with some local interesting places to see. Sentral close to Little India was a great choice and the Sun Inns Hotel is a perfect nest to rest after different discoveries all around. The room I got was looking on a quite road with nice trees. Comfortable bed, very clean bedsheets, pillows and towels, good bathroom. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. There is a free luggages store as well. Really a pleasant experience at this hotel. Will definitely come back in a next trip in Malaysia !

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel, and we had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from KL Sentral where the airport bus arrives, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Although the deluxe room was a bit small for our liking, it was clean and well-maintained, which made up for the lack of space. One minor downside was that the complimentary toiletries were missing, so we had to buy toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, considering the affordable price we paid for our stay, it was a minor inconvenience. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to other travelers seeking a convenient and reasonably priced accommodation option in Kuala Lumpur.

Room turned out to be smaller than what was listed on the Booking, free toiletries were missing

That is an amazing hotel in the centre of the city. Rooms are small but include everything necessary, bathroom is acceptable and clean, Air conditioner works well and there is a fen in the room. There is water dispenser in corridor

generally, everything is ok for this cost, maybe one remark is old renovation.

Worth the money paid. Very clean, the staffs are very friendly and helpful and very strategically located surrounded by many food facilities and beautiful temples..walking distance to Little India and KLS.

I booked for windows. But they gave me without window. But its okay. When i told to staff about that error. They change right away. And because of immediately change. I dint get my instant coffee. 😂

The bed and pillow are too soft.. If u re alone its fine. But with ur partner.. U will almost jatuh ke bawah becoz of softness of the matress. That the only problem of my exprience.

Staff was quite helping and nice

Room was not big enough, toiletries were not available i.e. shampoo, bathing gel etc were not available despite of requesting couldn't get the shampoo or gel, Same hand wash liquid was the shampoo as well as bathing gel.

Owner must do something about the new nightclub next door. Playing loud music that makes the building vibrate and disrupts the neighborhood at 2AM.

I liked the locality and the cleanliness. The staff was good. Also there is nice restaurant right opposite.

They should provide the adopter for Indian clients. I couldn't use the plug.
