comfy room, convenient stay all inclusive .. the kitchenette was so helpful for me to prepare baby's food breakfast sent to the room was great too...with packed fruits and drinks parking on site only rm6 otherwise everything is almost completing your stay!

bilik air bertakung...levelling tinggi rendah just a bit dusty on the carpet and the stagnant water in the toilet... already informed the host, hope they will improve or putting squeezy in the bathroom!

The hotel staff is exceptionally superb and friendly, which actually made our days during the stay. Almost everyone was greeting guests with a hand on the chest is a rare gesture expected from the hotel staff. The check-in process was swift, paperless, and cashless. Really glad that the room was prepared early and we were allowed to check in early. The room is extremely spacious, toilets are huge and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The apartment is very clean too. We loved the fact that our apartment has a great view of the city with PNB118 and TRX Towers in the sight.

Soundproofing - could still hear people walking in the unit above from the master bedroom.

The location is very central and quite convenient when arriving to KL by train from the airport. The room was superb! As a matter of fact, it was not a room, but a small appartment with many facilities that could be very useful even for a longer stay, like a fully equipped and roomy kitchen. The bed, the furniture, the amenities were excellent. A VFM solution for any visitor to KL.

Not so close to the night life of KL and the choices around are limited to Indian - which I personally like, but not for every time I go out. Internet was barely decent. Better in some locations in the room, but I believe it should be better. Same goes for the breakfast. I realise that this is more of a serviced appartment facility, as opposed to a hotel. However, since you are serving breakfast and you claim to be a 4-star establishment, you should improve your breakfast. Lastly, offering a shuttle service from KL Sentral to the hotel and vice versa would be great. I know that you do, but from what I was told, this is only available twice or three times a day. It is not possible to use if you are not lucky enough to arrive or depart close to the scheduled time of the shuttle.

My whole experience while staying was beyond my expectations. With the price offered compared to the services provided, the service made by Ascott Central is well worth. Spacious room with modern decoration, comfortable bed, amenities and fully equipped kitchen, high speed WiFi, satisfying Smart TV reception and choice of channels. Walking distance to KL Sentral (Main Railway Hub) and attractive location nearby. Impressive staffs and room service.

The parking ram is quite narrow. Flat rate fee at RM6/per-entry. You need to verify the parking ticket at hotel counter and also at parking machine every time you want to go out.

Location, hospitality and flexibility in check in and check out time. Superb hosts. The room so spacious and beyond in our expectation. Complete kitchenette and the facilities in room so complete.

Breakfast time, I have to walk to different building and there is no sign, I have to asked someone near by. The food on breakfast time so regular food. Not too much choice and I think even better in 3 star hotel. The taste also so plain. Next time I will go here and if there is an option without breakfast, I will choose that.

I stayed there on two separate occasions. The rooms are both very clean and of good size. However, there are many minor problems. The electric kettle is a joke. It is so big and heavy but can only boil a little water. The TV picture qualities are also not good, besides, there are not many channels. mainly Malay and Indian. I don' t know why they did not find out water leakage in room 2108, the people cleaning the room should see it. The safe deposit box in 1508 was out of order and the one living there before us did not report it (maybe he/she did not use it). However, service is quite good. Whenever I call someone to do something, they will come quite quick . The first room I had on 15th floor is noisy sometimes but the room I had on 21st floor was much better,

The rooms were a bit expensive considering the area and also because it's a service apartment and not a five star hotel. The curtain in room 1508 are too short. The light came thru in the morning.

Guest Services and reception staff really went out of their way to help you with requests. The free drop off shuttle was great value. I really enjoyed the Bird Park. The Butterfly park is a waste of time. No butterflies Lifts were great, always available. Kitchen was large with coffee machine, jug and toaster. I'll be back.

My main issue which I unsuccessfully reviewed with Booking.com is that in my booking breakfast was included, The info from booking.com to Ascott did NOT include breakfast. I made several complaints on the booking.com website with no response. Finally I got through to someone via the website. I note that finally, the changes with the Ascott sales have finally been made on the website. booking.com sent an obscure email trying to explain the situation. I had to get reception staff to decipher it. Air conditioning was standardised and could not be adjusted. It did get very cold in the mornings and evenings.

The hotel consists of a high-rise modern building with facilities and security. The room consists of a bedroom, space with a desk, a bathroom, a kitchen, and space with a sofa and a coffee table. The room is big, comfortable, nicely designed and well-equipped (there is absolutely everything one might need ... even an umbrella!). Staff were polite and professional. For instance, there were some issues in the bathroom (hot water in the shower and the sink was not draining properly), so I completed the form found in the room for these matters and dropped it at the reception: the hotel very quickly sent their repairpeople and they fixed everything. Ascott Sentral is conveniently located: the train/metro station is a few hundred meters away, so is the mall, where one can exchange money or buy grocery.

There is no restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast, which is provided by a third party, is very limited and it did not have anything particularly appropriate for people with dietary restrictions.

Location was great. 5 mins walk from kl sentral but the roads were not the easiest to walk on. Staff were amicable too. Room was really spacious.

1. Aircon themostat seems not working as it is way too cold no matter how i adjusted the temperature. I hope it is an isolated matter. 2. The car drop off area seems affected by the constructions. 3. Wifi was not strong for regular guests. Ascott members get stronger wifi. Why such differentiation?

Hotel is in overall good, great room facilities, some cafe nearby.

Because of construction works on the entrance, personnel is quite far and especially when I had a lot of luggage, trying to find somebody help, nobody was at the reception. As a result took a cart by myself and pushed all along reception. Same during check out. Despite that fact, hotel is nice, personnel was trying to be helpful.
