Hotel Check-In

The location was ideal being just across the road from Nu Sentral Mall. Easy to walk to KL Sentral and catch the MRT/LRT/KLIA Express. There are also lots of Indian restaurants nearby and I love the food.

There isn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. At this price point, it has met all my expectations.

The location is amazing. It is so easy for a solo traveler like me with much luggage to carry. It is near to KL Sentral, a transport hub so it is easy to move around. The room is cleaned every day i.e. bed sheets are changed every day etc. The front office staff and housekeeping staff are super friendly and nice.

This is the second time I stayed here. The first time, I got a single room without windows, which can be very depressing. This time, I was lucky (especially since I stayed for 5 days) that they gave me a room with a window, so it was not as depressing as before.

Cleanliness & tidy, male housekeeping staf 👍 & very friendly also front desk staf👍

1)TV channel only 1 channel available- wildlife channel.?? Supposed to have movie, news & other channel, for family this is relax time in room to watch tv at night time. 2) Lobby MUST have a rest sitting area (sofa)- sometimes guest want to relax at lobby despite in the room 3) Toiletries - no shampoo?

Location was 10/10. Just a few steps away from the overhead bridge from Nu Sentral Mall to brickfields. Easy to find. Staff was accomadating. Security is great with the lift servicing according to ur key.

Registration cannot be done following IC when check in instead it followed the online registration name so short form and nicknames must not be used. (Reminder to self). Smoke smell and also sweat smell on the pillows. Not fresh smell. Towel was clean but not white washed clean. I am not a fussy traveller so all this I can close one eye.

Suitable for group travel, 2 Queen bed is very comfortable for my family because we can stay together in 1 room. We don't stay in the hotel during the day time, so it okey just for overnight. Very near to KL central. The staft very friendly and helpful. We arrived during midnight & the staft still can help for check in.

- Very convenient location. Just in front of NU Sentral and KL Sentral. Also, some convenience stores and local eateries. Some of them open 24 hours a day. - Value for money!

- Basically clean and well maintained, but a bit old. - Homeless people on street in front of a hotel in the night. - People talked loudly on the ground floor in the night. My room was on 3rd floor so no problem, but could be noisy on the lower floors.

Hard pillow, linen was yellowish, construction during the day time, need a little improvement on the cleanlisness

Really like the staff which is super friendly. The security of the room and hotel is good.

For the cleaness, can improve more on the matress and comforter. For a budget room, cannot really said more on the sound proof of the room.

Location is very strategic. 2 min walk from Nu Sentral. Easy check in and check out. Size of room is just nice for 1 person. Charging station next to bed. Very convenient. Wifi fast.

- TV channel only have 2 - Toiletteries provided is only the soap. Need to bring your own for the rest.

The staff are helping and friendly especially the cleaning staffs..the location very strategic..the bed quite okay and the water pressure very good & the bathroom clean.
