The receptionist Ahmed offered me 12pm check out without me asking. Shower was good

Facing the main road which is quite noisy at times. I booked it very last minute and was concerned that it would be cancelled as I checked in around 11pm only. Therefore, I had message the hotel 3 times and called 1 time but no reply. Hope the hotel can respond in time. The cover for the TV remote control was missing. Suggest to provide toothbrush and toothpaste

love your professional front office reception-always ready with a smile and very eloquent in English that's a major plus-kudos to the 2 favourite staff-mainly Abby and Haziq- they are well trained and the best thing they make me feel welcomed-looks like they are well trained-a 5* service from both of them-Congratulation to both of you for excellent service- the Hotel was a likeable place to stay-Housekeeping did a great job-reasonably priced but overall a likeable place to stay

Our side was quiet and away from the noise of the highway. The room was clean but small. Water pressure was strong with easy-to-control temperature.

The cleanliness of the corridor heading to our room was questionable; we encountered a dead lizard on the floor. TV only had one viewable channel (the other channels couldn't be viewed due to reception quality). The shoplots nearest to the hotel were almost non-occupied, so it was strangely quiet in the area.

This was my first stay with Tune Hotel. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile. The wait wasn't that long once my details were taken and keyed in to their system. They gave me the room key and I went up to my room. Upon opening everything light up once I placed my room key near the wall. I'm quite happy that the room was very clean and all the facilities were working very well. The second day of my stay, I went out for my lunch at 1pm , I realised I had forgotten to put the " Tidy up my room signage outside, however when I came back from lunch and shopping at 5.30pm, I was quite surprised that the housekeeper had done a great job in cleaning up my room, they even change the towels and gave me a new one, they change the towel mat too and gave me new soap as well as refilled the mineral water. I am so happy with the service. It was really a pleasant stay as everything went smoothly. When I was checking out the third day, I just have to simply passed my room key to the staff and that's all, I'm good to go. Overall experience was very pleasant, I'm very happy, and I might come back to stay here again. Thank you so much for all the services. Well done, keep it up.

The shophouses around the area doesn't have much choice on food when I went out to look for food to eat in the morning. The Hotel do provide a vending machine for instant food but I would prefer a proper meal instead. I did ask the staff whether they have breakfast provided, the staff said they don't have breakfast at all. So if you are coming here you can either call for delivery like Food Panda / Grab Food or take a trip down to Angsana Shopping Mall where you can get all the choices of food you want to eat and go shopping after that.

I like the room nicely tidy. I really happy was yesterday during Checking the staff very Polite and nice to communicate and well grooming as well. Very friendly . First appriance when we check in ,like this staff make our day in hotel happy and relaxing. Thanks brother ( sorry I couldn't get he name he Is Malay Hoy Wearing Glass) working during my check in on 23.04.2022. Around 5 to 6pm.

Need more focus cleaning to bed and the walls otherwise all good. And maybe need give some good new towels, the towels was quite old maybe . When I used I can felling. And other wise all good.

I travelled a lot in Europe and used to stay at hotels which were much smaller than this. So I think the rooms were good enough for us. And we also stayed at Tune Hotel in Penang and that was a bad experience for us. Smaller rooms, no window. But Tune Hotel in Danga Bay is great. Clean room, smell good too. And most importantly, good water pressure in the shower.

Nothing. All were good for us.

just the internet (wi-fi) very good & the Aircon too

place ulu2, parking when come back late car have to park near the rubbish disposal where your room only located near the lobby...(halal) eatery very far & not many near the hotel area

The parking but if too late of check in might be full house got to park outside of their zone.

Got to walk in deeper as the room we gotten is right to the end. The lighting in the room too bright as 2 bed light is controlled over 1 plug.

Easy access. Near to eatery. Had basic amenities but still acceptable fair with the price you pay.

Got many ants. Shouldnt bring any foods even just candy. Ants are everywhere. Better to request with the receptionist for room near the lift
