-room is clean -Toiletries well prepared -drinking water provided -water dispenser provided at level 1 -wifi is good -bed is clean, large and comfortable, didn't feel itchy or skin sensitive -room without window but air in room is ok caused I didn't sinus during the stay. -aircond worked well -hot shower worked well and my husband liked it -24 hours front desk, friendly staff -roadside carpark -a restaurant opposite hotel -quiet -we didn't drive, we took Grab and not a problem to book a ride.
-not thing -just for information, no convenient store anymore besides hotel. It's closed permanently.

1. Free parking 2. Fast check in. 3. Location near eateries and main roads to other parts of Johor Bharu. 4. Spacious room (3pax in Family Room). 5. Power sockets at bedsides. 6. Separate toilet for shower and WC/sink. 7. Pretty curtain! 8. Well lit room from window. 9. Vinyl-timber flooring - feet not cold from a/c compared to tile flooring
1. Avoid re-using key-card card folder (can be health-hazardous especially during these pandemic times). 2. Level from parking to G Level can be challenging for old-folks or physically-challenged guests, though ramp is available. 3. No table/bench to put luggage so we had to put the luggage on the floor. 4. Toilet and tile flooring area is very slippery when wet. It is either from the type of floor cleaner used or no rinsing after mopping. 5. Towels are too small. 6. Provide toothbrush, if can. 7. Coffee-mix is provided, maybe can provide tea-bags too. 8. Wifi was too slow and on-off signal. Add more routers can help. I would prefer having fast internet connection than having TV in my room(s).

Room is pleasant, very clean. Has room for family. Staff is pleasant and friendly. Location is good as just beside main road. Great to stay for night rest as we were out the whole day.

staff were extremely helpful in many ways, i was lack of cash of passing the rm 50 deposit, since i check in late night all atm were not operational, they gave me an en exception of 30 or 40 deposit requirement only.
