an old designed hotel. with old interior. bathroom dirty. bath tub also dirty.

the view from our room, nearby restaurants, location is wow. spacious room but at 3am onwards I don't know who switching on/off the stand lamp repeatedly 3 times. that's not a big deal for me, I feel entertained.

A bit slow upon check-in due to their system was down. We came from our long flight (15 hours journey), that's why feel a bit tired.

Spacious room. Good view and location.

Pool only open until 5pm. Water greenish and not so clean. Need to pay breakfast for child starting 3 years old, but the hotel not even provide options for kids like milk, cereals and porridge. So what for pay for small kids when they have no choice for breakfast? Most of other hotel only charge for kids 6 years old and above with variety of choices for breakfast.

The location is quiet and not many traffic.

The breakfast spread was good but the breakfast area was small and crowded . It was difficult to move about from the food area to our table. There goes the rules of social distancing.😅

1. Super king sized bed

The open parking area was poorly lit. The passage way connecting the hotel to the basement carpark was poorly lit. 1st deluxe seaview king room 1. Toiletries could have been better 2. Our carpet infront of the toilet was damp from the first day we check-in and throughout our stay. 3. Only body towel were available. No hand/face towel. 2nd deluxe seaview king room 1. Were given the corner room which has a rounded thick pillar in the middle of the room. 2. Run- down toilet 3. Run-down cabinet 4. Toiletries could have been better 5. No hand/face towel

everything was okay and the place is nice .

maybe toilet in my room got some leaking .

Location and the view, room is also bigger than normal.

Found too many cockcroaches (tiny ones) at night, everywhere in the room and toilet. I asked for a spray but they do not have it.

We love that our room got upgraded and facing the sea/Singapore. The room is huge + bathtub. I think previously was a connecting room but they decided to make one room as a living room and kitchen. The swimming pool was well maintained. The area is near all good food from the mamak, kfc, Lazy Monday, goreng pisang etc

At night when we switch off the lights in the kitchen, the cockroaches came out crawling everywhere.

Bed comfortable, view beautiful, wheelchair friendly, breakfast is sufficient, easy to city centre

Swimming pool very dirty, full of dried leaves and not maintained. The tiles were broken, the stair to the pool are not in shape, few steps are gone and not enough to facilitate swimmers to go off from pool; lift to the carpark is old and make sound when closing

The location is good

some of the lobby area is a bit dark..no lights on
