like the staff friendly especially night shift staff since i arrived almost 10pm..comfortable n clean..every night there is food truck beside the hotel so dont worry if u feel hungry late at night...everything good except for limited parking...

Hotel breakfast are good...buffet dinner also superb...Hotel location near to food truck, the Zon..easy to find local and fast food...near to the stulang laut...can go joging and enjoy beautiful sunrise...cafe staff very friendly...
Old building but inside ok...the room bit dusty..toilet are slippery..mirror also dusty....we use the stairs when go down from level 9 because need to wait more than 20 min...got 2 lift but only one can use and only can fit 4 people because of covid SOP..no room service door tag myb they forgot to place it...so no make up for our room...call reception to change towel only got it on the next day..myb because of the lift problem so the staff late to reach our room at level 9...LOL.. 😆 pool are close for maintenance.. pillow too soft..please bring your own for better sleep..

1 Staff very polite and always assist me,every staff fast in handling complains,cleanliness room,air-cond in good condition,hot and cold decanter provide along room corridor,in house video provide in the room,outside the hotel there's hawker stall at 1900 pm every day.stay in Hotel Sentral 5 nights.4 star i give to Hotel Sentral

That there was a food truck in the evening and we were able to partake of dinner prior to a fairly late check-in. Convenient for famished travellers like us.
Other then the location to JB Sentral that included a rather complicated route to get to the hotel, (luckily we took a cab), nothing. The hotel suited us and our needs.
