Hotel Flex

The staff went above and beyond during my stay. They were extremely friendly and spoke good english. The welcome drink was a great added touch. The rooms although a little small, were clean and cozy! The breakfast that was included was absolutely delicious. The location is also excellent, about 5-10 min walk from the train station and 15-20 minutes from major sight seeing locations in the city.

It was hard to tell where the main entrance of the hotel was located as it looks like you are entering the restaurant and there was a sign on the other side of the building, but overall a great stay!

The location is near JR Hiroshima station and it only takes you about 8 minutes to go there. Once the expansion of JR station is complete, it might only take you less than 6 minutes. You could just stay in hotel room and enjoy seeing buildings, cars, rivers and sun rise and moon light.

The transmission speed of WIFI is poor and is only connectable when you stay in rooms.

Perfect location 10m walking from Hiroshima station. The size of the room is bigger than other hotels in Japan (talking in japan standars, which are smaller than europeans). The room and bathroom were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They provide everything you need for the bathroom.

Some staff don't speak english so there is a lack of communication. The breakfast was very limited for 900Y, it does not worth.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, and really lovely. They let us leave our bags at the hotel both before and after our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were great. Location was perfectly placed between the station and the sights. Complimentary drink was a lovely end to the stay. Thank you so much!

Room on the smaller side but not a big deal.

I loved this location that was very easy to walk to from the Hiroshima Station. The staff happily took our luggage several hours before checkin and delivered to our room before we checked-in; they also were happy to watch our luggage for several hours after we checked-out. Our corner room had fantastic city and river views.

Good location, close to the station and a convenience store nearby (only the tram stop was a bit far away). Nice view. They upgraded my single to a double room because the bed was too short for me. Nice breakfast and dinner options. Clean and quiet room.

Bathroom floor was a bit moldy. Bath was too small.

The price. Decent quality of the room. Sufficient amenities. Located very close to the rental cycle port and a convenience store. It serves coffee or juice on the first day of your stay. I really liked the all iconic Hiroshima things are printed on the bath robe. They are really cute.

You could feel a little bit far from the Hiroshima.st when you are exhausted.

it’s located within 15mins walk from Hiroshima City station. the location next to one of the many rivers provides a beautiful setting, especially from the cafe. the modern twist on a Japanese breakfast was nice. the decor inside the reception and cafe is modern.

the toilet is electric so it kept on making a humming sound. that’s the only negative thing I have to say about the hotel.

Location, walking distance to Hiroshima station. Lots of small authentic Japanese restaurants located around.

No breakfast included. Paid breakfast wasn’t really good for the price. Hotel furniture and amenities were functional but a bit old.

Super view of the wither. Very clean. Great location. Super helpful staff.

At first the Wi-Fi did not work. A member of staff was super helpful and went out of his way to give us a special code that worked really well.
