NH Torino Centro

The Hotel is new and very clean. The rooms have enough space and very clean all in the room new. The staff are very kind, the location was good, near the hotel there is a very good caffe called corner caffe (we didn't took breakfast). i definitely come back again.

I think it is a general advise for all the hotels Since we were 2 in the room you expected to have 2 towels in advanced. I called the recepation to ask for more I had to call twice ....until we got them. If you know that you will have 2 people per room - put towels for couple. In addition in one room the safe was not good I had to call the maintenance again... Please check before the check in it will take you 5 minutes and the rom service will get 10 instead of 9 or 8. thank you so much.

We are quite often in Torino both of us being football fans and this was our very first time at this hotel and we were honestly very surprised. The property was very clean, the staff welcoming and the room and bed, comfortable. Food was good, wide variety for breakfast, bar open til midnight. The view to our room was so beautiful.

It would have been a 10 if not about the noise. Even on the 7th floor we could still hear the busy going by of bus and cars and it's a bit disturbing especially at night.

The hotel is well located, very close to the train station and only 10min walk to the centre, the room was very clean and tidy. Paolo was absolutely HELPFULL, he made our stay much more pleasant, give us really good recommendations.

Very poor service at breakfast, the waiters were more focused on eating themselves that refilling the breakfast station. Nothing was freshly made (egg, juices) and the overall quality was simply not good enough for an hotel of this standard.

Th room was really nice. Big bed and they even had conditioner which is rare. You can get to the center in 15-20 minutes by foot

It took very long at the reception and staff was not very welcoming in general. Particularly when I sat down in the lobby after I had checked in my luggage (room wasn't ready because I was early). One of the reception staff came up to me asking if they could also store my backpack and then I could leave because "your room won't be ready until after lunch". Minor but I received an email about the quick check out an hour after I had already checked out.

The hotel lobby and rooms are clean and modern - as expected. They went for a minimalist type of design for the rooms, as can be seen on the picture. But it is confortable and practical so don’t be mislead by the pictures in thinking this is a cheap/basic hotel (it isn’t). The location is convenient not far for from a train station, a bus service to the airport, and with a subway station just 50 metres away from the hotel entrance. You can walk to the tourist sights in the historical centre in 15-20 minutes.

Internet was awfully slow, borderline unusable (it seemed to be on purpose as there was an option to pay extra to bump-up the speed, but billing guests for useable internet at a four star hotel feels like a policy from 15 years ago). Not a problem as such, but the name “Centro” is a little misleading. As I mentioned above the location is convenient and the centre is only a short walk away, but the hotel isn’t quite in the centre (more at the edge of it).

The room was nice, clean, quite spacious and despite being close to a big street it was quiet. There was a fridge but we had to connect it ourselves. Because coffee is very cheap in Italy and it is a nice social experience to drink it in cafeteria, so I think not that many people drink coffee in their hotel rooms. Thus the coffee cream in our room was a bit old.

We had to ask twice for the second set of towels. The free wifi is almost non-existent. We could hear our neighbours' tv through a wall.

Convenient for metro, bus and tram. The receptionist spoke good Spanish. All the staff I met were impeccable.

I prefer a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub (but this is a very small complaint). The wifi dropped out occasionally, so not adequate for video conferencing, although a very good 5G signal (7th floor).

Clean, modern, comfortable. Directly next to metro station and tram stops for access to the centre. AC was invaluable as it was 36 degrees when we stayed. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Underground parking available and easily accessible. An actual double bed! Quiet for the location.

Bit of a dodgy shower door meant the bathroom almost flooded every time we used it.

We had a very good experience this weekend. We had a smooth and friendly check in process. The room was very clean and fit our needs. Although this hotel is not necessarily in the city center, it was close enough to walk to the different attractions and shops in the city. The hotel had private parking, which is sometimes a difficult thing to find in cities like this. In general, great value for money.

The size of the room was really comfortable, also the bathroom itself - very big and comfortable. The restaurant is beautifully designed and really comfortable. The selection of food is amazing and very tasty! We arrived by car and were really happy to use the underground garage of the hotel.

Nothing really. To leave so quickly. We only stayed for a night to break a longer trip.
