Clean, spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff in Reception and Bar. Very good breakfast.

Had to pay for parking which wasn’t onsite.

Excellent location, just a few steps away from Porta Susa station and bus stops, making it easy to travel from and to the airport, around the city and Turin's outskirts. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and always clean. The breakfast was quite good offering a range from savory to sweet, and the food was abundant. The staff were nice and helpful. They also communicated well in English.

Sometimes it took a while to go from one floor to the other using the lifts, which are really small. However, there was no stairway that could facilitate reaching the ground floor and breakfast room without using the lifts.

I liked the size of the room and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available and nearby. The breakfast was very adequate. It is near the train station. I can highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't like the cold starkness of the room. No pictures on the wall. It was sleek modern which is not to my taste but definitely easy to keep clean. I did not like that the basin in the bathroom was so large that there was not space even for a small toothbrush holder much less anything else. I think this bathroom was designed by a man who has no concept of what space a female might need in the bathroom.

This hotel would have been quite something in its heyday. It is now a little tired. Convenient parking in a garage with access to hotel, 18 euros a night. Breakfast was substantial. Quite satisfactory for local clientele. Close to all buses,metro, trams and walking distance to city centre. Unfortunately we couldn’t work them out.

Didn’t like the noisy dogs that the hotel allows, that woke us on numerous occasions during the night, fighting and barking.

Big and clean room. the hotel is easy reachable and a good positioning ( the train station porta susa is at 3,4 walking minutes and porta nova at 3 metro stations) the breakfast was delicious and a great variety- croissants, cheese, vegetables, pancakes, nutella, orange natural juice etc.

maybe slippers and a bathrobe since is a 4 star hotel

We weren't in there long - in late out early. The staff were very friendly. We don't know Turin well but the location seemed excellent, stepping straight out into the graceful collonades for which the city is famous - for us it was perfect just 100 metres or so to Porta Suza station. Hotel was clean and well modernised. Breakfast smelled good but we didn't get time to try it. Good value overall.

There were small lights in the opposite the bathroom dooe which switched on automatically as one moved around the room - disrupting the other person's sleep. Room maybe just a little on the small side but perfectly functional.

Reception was so kind and welcoming! Chiara spoke excellent english and even though it was quite late at night (approx. 10:30 pm) she sent us across the street for the best pizza in Italy! We walked around and found the hotel was close to everything.

Our only complaint was the smell of the bathroom, but I don't think that is the hotel's fault. I am guessing it's due to not the most up to date sewer systems.

Location is close to the train station and walking distance to the attraction area. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly.

Hotel is beside the road, so can hear the tram running but it was not too bad at night

The breakfast was amazing with many choices. Hotel staffs were very friendly and informative. Room was very clean. Hotel is located near the main railway station. There are lot of restaurants near by with variety of choices. Very near to city centre.

Nothing much to say.

great room for family of four - two rooms, really; one area for two single beds and another area with huge double for parents. Buffet breakfast was good enough to set us up for the day. Location perfect for us - right by mainline train station and metro. Hotel also had a good luggage store for after we checked out.

the decor in communal areas could be updated as it all looked a bit old fashioned however, our bedrooms were very nicely done.
