Best Quality Hotel Politecnico

The hotel is clean and the stqff is very nice and ready to help, tried their best to make our stay as pleqsant as possibke. The breakfast was nice and staff nice as well. Rooms were cleaned and maintained. Plenty of parking around the hotel. Aound the hotel were several store markets and good pizzwria and lundry self service.

The hotel is far from the city center, 40 min of walking. I booked for family of 5 persons howered found out a day before our arrival that 1 bed will be taken for I night drom me -that what happened eventually and I needed to sleeo 3 peraons in 1 bed for 1 night , after that the bed was returned back.

I liked the position, and the private parking just in front of the hotel. Good air conditioning, on days of extremely high temperatures. Room adequate for a business hotel. I appreciated that there were two chairs, although there is only room for one person working at the desk. Staff at reception welcoming, kind and competent.

The breakfast. Juices from a machine undrinkable, too sweet. Croissants not good, in a place (Turin) where any bar can provide excellent fresh croissants. In a 4 star hotel one could expect a hot breakfast to be provided, at least with scrambled eggs. Instead, only cold boiled eggs. Omelettes available at extra cost. In the bathroom there was nowhere to place even a small toilet bag.

All employees were very polite and helpful. We received recommendations for restaurants and places to be in Torino and the two restaurants we chose were a blast :) The room had a good interior and was clean. Breakfast was "okayish" - but for Italian standards quite qell selected (or so we were told by locals). The tram and bus station is just 50m outside of the hotel and everything in Torino is easily accessible. Around the hotel is a huge area of free parking spaces, due to the Politecno di Torino - however: from 7am - 8 pm they are quite crowded. We chose one in the evening and just left the car there. The area is quite safe and clean.

The shower was a problem: partly broken and the opening always flooded the bathroom floor. The fitness room is something to forget about. Honestly. The price for three nights was good, but nothing to cheer about.

The staff were incredible and went above and beyond. They helped me with a situation, and I can not state how kind and helpful they were. The hotel was also modern, clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was the best continental breakfast buffet I have ever seen for range. The coffee was amazing, and they're was dairy free options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a small terrace/balcony. The beds were very comfy too.

It would be nice if there was a chair or two on the terrace area. Also maybe some more options on the breakfast buffet that are dairy-free, even just having a dairy free butter alternative for toast. However these are just things that would be a nice addition, there isn't anything I didn't like

Room was big, comfortable and with everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and had so much variety. Staff was nice and polite at all times. You can find free parking in front of hotel, and tram is just a few minutes walk - so very convenient either way.

Downside is that floor was basically made out of dust and bathroom could be cleaner. Also, our room was on top of reception and facing the front, and there was a very loud noise (like a gate or chain being pushed) every few minutes which woke me up a few times so, if you're a light sleeper, I suggest you book another type of room that has options not front facing. :)

excellent staff, very nice and helpful. Breakfast good and various, with very nice ladies serving. Large room, comfort. Location quite convenient as you can reach the center with the tram.

There was no air conditioning during the night and I was not made aware of it, thus the first night I woke up for the heat and discomfort. I think the hotels should have a waiver for this or it has to be clear that there is no air conditioning at night, when the clients are in the hotel the most.

It´s my go-to hotel when I am in Turin. The staff is super friendly and pofessional. Good breakfast. Nice spacious rooms very well equipped (water kettle and selection of instant coffees and teas, small safe, minibar). Well connected to the city. Free parking options. Silent rooms. Good air conditioning.

The immediate surroundings are not particularly charming, You need to walk 10 minutes to be in an interesting part of the city.

Large and clean rooms; Great services at reception desk; Delicious Breakfast; Well located near Tram station.

Breafast opening hour could start at 6:30 instead of 07:00, it would be useful for early check-out. Sound insulation of the windows could be improved, as neighbours talking/smoking on the individual terraces during night can be heard inside the adjacent rooms.

The first feeling before entering was negative...then between the kindness of the staff and the quality of the rooms the feelings turned into a positive one. Rooms spotless, spacious and with a bathroom complete with bidet!! :-D Hearty breakfast with good service from the staff....very nice the billboard with the calories and other information on the food present! Really a very good quality!!....I was forgetting that I was very attracted to the nice photos throughout the hotel that depicted the beautiful places in Turin!!

To be honest little things that personally for my point of view could be improved! ;-) In the room the air conditioner points directly to the bed, which is not very suitable for health. Still in my room, number 108, in the wall where the window was the sonar insulation was poor and the voice of the person of the room to the side could be heard. Last point dear to me concerns the breakfast, where I believe that all the modern machines that make all types of coffee should be eliminated as there was a very capable bartender with one of the coffee machines like the one that are in the bar!!

Small, clean property within a short walk to tram and bus stops. My stay included breakfast which was European Continental managed well by friendly staff. A nice variety of pastries, baked goods, a fresh yogurt machine (as well as flavored cups), and coffee machine. The whole fresh fruit was perfectly ripe. Daily housekeeping with linens replaced every day. Multi-lingual staff.

There are few eateries nearby. It is also not street side but inset on the backside of a business complex.
