Best Western Crystal Palace Hotel

Pretty nice hotel. I don't know how other rooms look, but the room with the jacuzzi on the top floor was nice. Breakfast was okay. There was not much warm food to choose from, but the pancakes were great!

The room door was loose. It was making a big noise every time someone around would shut their door. This was annoying and disturbed our sleep. The location is pretty okay. It's convenient to walk around downtown by foot, but it's right beside the train station, which means there are quite a few homeless people around the hotel. It wasn't too cozy to walk around them.

The staff at check-in was exceptionally friendly. He gave us some tips on how to get around Turin and was very helpful with any requests we had. We had the deluxe room with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was huge, great and relaxing. The room was clean and smelled really nice upon arrival. We loved the interior and had a nice view on the trainstation from our room. The lamps had a strange design though. We thought it was dirty but after looking closely it was like this on purpose. The breakfast area was really quiet. There were only 2 other people eating at the same time we did and it was in primetime. Breakfast options are good. The pancakes were really delicious. The waiter at breakfast was really hard working and active. He did not speak english, but he tried his best. Location cant be better. Its right next to the trainstation Porta Nuova, when you take the eastern exit and its close to the centre. Everything is walkable.

There were some homeless people nearby the hotel. In the night i would not prefer walking here alone, however i never felt unsafe. The Jacuzzi tap was a bit in the way, when your lying in the tub with 2 people and the drainage of the water was slow. Also keep in mind that when you book the jacuzzi room, the shower has to be handheld when showering.

Very dog friendly, great with our greyhound, no extra cost. We had a bubble bath in the jacuzzi in our room. Really comfy bed, we slept like logs. Lovely wallpaper and decor. Room just like in the photos. Breakfast had a good selection, great coffee. Handy central location with really good restaurants within walking distance. Worth the €20 for the private parking as we left luggage in the car, particularly with no charge for the dog.

Every thing was well. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The person who was behind the desk ( male Person) was very very helpful . The room was according to our expectations and the breakfast was wonderful. Even the female person responsible for the breakfast was very helpful. All in all I would recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.

There is nothing to complain about from our point of view.

Right outside the train station and a 10 minutes walk from mostly everything interesting, the position is just great. The staff is very kind and professional and they were helpful with everything.

AC is a bit of the old kind, ON/OFF, no adjustments of the fans, direct air on the bed etc. Not ideal for people who want just a mild conditioning to take off humidity. You either stay hot or die in the cold when it turns on.

Nice hotel, next to railway station, close to city center (walking distance)

There is quite some homeless people attracted by the area (as it is next to the railway station) and you find them hanging out around the hotel in the evenings. I found them harmless, but it is not attractive.

My original room was on the side road of the hotel but due to technical issues I was moved to a Junior Suite at the front of the hotel where there was much more noise. However the beds were comfortable and I slept well - just not for long enough

Really liked the room and building/architecture was nice which you could really see when you took the stairs. Location was great as it was only a block or so away from the pub where the Eurovision was being shown on big screens and not too far from the Eurovision village park. And staff were very helpful & friendly.

The area is near a train station so late at night it did feel a bit edgy but I had no trouble.

Everything. The staff are so friendly, helpful and professional! The breakfast is delicious ( even for vegans) and the room was comfortable, well equipped and super clean, every day.

Clean; staff was helpful; son reports breakfast spread was good. TWO fluffy pillows per guest. Air conditioner.

Huge jetted bathtub, but had to sit down to shower, and risked getting water all over. Area had some .... questionable commerce... occurring.
