CX Turin Belfiore Student&Explorer Place

The room was really spacious and clean, it had a balcony too. I received a nice welcoming card with a little chocolate. I stayed here for two nights and it was really nice. there was a terrace at the top floor to enjoy the sun! Also a staff member Sabrina was very kind and helpful and i am super happy with her service. other staff were nice and friendly too. Very positive experience.

What I would suggest is to refill the tea coffee stuff daily, that would be much appreciated since I put two milks to my morning coffee, and I could do that only one day out of two. Also the disabled toilet was not very comfortable to me, way too high up. But I assume they just had no other room available. also both elevators were broken and climbing up to the 5th floor wasn’t great.

Very comfortable, functional and pet-friendly hotel in a student residence in the heart of San Salvario, with a bar, underground parking, and lots of public space. The staff were all incredibly helpful and fluent in various languages (which is great if your Italian isn't...) The room was large, quiet, and had access to a terrace overlooking the patio. From the welcome note and gianduiotti, to the impeccable housekeeping, to the really friendly vibe, it was a great place to stay. The location is just five blocks from Parco Valentino and the city centre, in a cool neighbourhood, close to lots of excellent local bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Frankly, nothing.

We stayed here as a group for Kappa Futur festival. The reception staff were helpful, they suggested restaurants nearby for our group, booked a table for us, and even contacted the restaurant regarding our booking after our flight was delayed. I found the staff accommodating. We were all given a free drink token on arrival for the bar onsite. The beds were comfortable, the room size was good and our group welcomed the terrace outside the rooms as most of us were all closeby/on the same floor. Location wise - a short walk from bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. We only stayed here for 3 nights but it suited our needs.

The aircon in the room is set to a specific temperature and we could not turn it down lower as it was very warm when we were there - over 35 degrees celsius. However, reception provided us with fans but unfortunately, they ran out as I imagine many people have similar issues to us. One of the group's rooms aircon was not working/blowing out hot air which was difficult to sleep in but eventually, staff were able to move them rooms on our last day/night when one became free which was appreciated.

The design of the hotel was chic and we enjoyed the view from the terrace on the top floor. The facilities are new and the bed was comfortable. There r some nice cuisines in the neighbourhood and the general atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. They got us a welcoming drink too^^

There r a few steps of stairs at the entrance which is not quite friendly to travellers with large luggage. There r too many doors in the hotel and u can easily get lost

The design of the accommodation is modern, clean and the facilities (especially in the gym) were all awesome. Alessio and all the other staff were helpful with laundry needs, providing coffee and my requests for coffee cups to be replaced frequently (during a 14 day stay).

For a property that claims sustainability, I shouldn't have to go to reception to get the coffee cups replaced. Maybe provide mugs. Also since this is a student house, be aware that the noise levels well into the early hours of the morning continue... and the air conditioning in the room was terrible, so I had to keep the window open. And the shower space is tight.

I did like almost everything. Nice staff, new facilities, confortable room, small balcony, very nice breakfast, a lot of place to work and chill around and I was impressed by the gym: very good! In addition to that, they invite me to have a drink for free at the reception when I checked in: top!

The only thing I was not very happy with was that a table was missing in the room. But it is true that downstairs there were a lot of different spots to work

The room was spacious, the welcome note is a nice touch as is the free drinks voucher. The position of the hotel is not very close to the center, but it is still within the ok walking distance and the neighbourhood is good. We found a spot to unload/load the luggage in front of the hotel on arrival/departure, before going to the garage, which was great, as the elevator to garage was not working. Recommendations: Several elevators did not work, so it would have been helpful to get a warning at the reception, as the halls are long and it is easy to get confused. Air conditioning appears to cool well when standing close to it, but it did not appear to help cool the room even though we left it working all night, which we normally do not do. Parking is a bit too expensive, 15€ per day would be appropriate in my view.

The price is cheap, the decoration of the hotel is beautiful and new. The breakfast was good, the coffee was great. There is parking in the building, but you need to pay $20 per night

Staying in room 501, the sound insulation is very poor. At night, you can always hear the sound of guests entering and exiting the switches, and the sound of the elevator running. The toilet drained very poorly and needed a major cleaning, the aircon didn't work well.

Reception is opened 24/7 so when you arrived even late at night you are able to get your room. Italian style breakfast was very tasty. Room was cleaned every day. We were able to leave our languages in a reception desk at the leaving day and they were kept for us till evening so we can walk around the city without extra weight. I totally recommend this hotel for everyone.

I couldn't have been happier with CX Belfiore. I stayed here for two weeks and could gladly have stayed much longer! The room was cosy and comfortable without being boring, everything was comfortable and worked well, the location was fantastic (I could easily walk around most of Turin centre from the hotel), the breakfast was small but with an excellent choice of things, and the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful the entire time. It was a little home for me for the time I was away and I felt sad to leave.
