Hotel Resort Villa Luisa & Spa

It was very clean and the staff was extremely nice, specially Mimo the waiter at the breakfast. He was welcoming us every day, super nice and friendly, already kneeling what we like and at the last day, since we left beforehand breakfast time he made sure a box with breakfast will wait for us at the reception. Mimo was definitely a big part of our good experience at the hotel. Thank you Mimo :)

The bed could be more comfortable and they didn’t have different pillows to accommodate each one needed

Some of the property looked in need of repair - furniture outside bar, some broken tables and chairs - which should have been removed . Fountain into pool never worked. Jacuzzi area ? Not sure what was happening there - just a couple of quick maintenance fixes would make a fabulous hotel. But these fixes would not stop me from Booking for year - lovely hotel

Very nice hotel with view on the lake. Large pool and garden. As the hotel is popular with families with small children, the best time to go for a swim was early in the morning. Very nice breakfast, again ideally to go a bit earlier to avoid the noise of the many children. I used the wellness, and the treatment was simply superb! I can definitely recommend the hotel when going to the Garda Lake!

The hotel is very popular with families with small children, so at times it was very busy around the pool and in the restaurant with a lot of noise. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The hotel has an excellent location, not far from several beaches. it is very well equipped, a beautiful garden with a large pool, wellness (we missed it). the rooms are modernly furnished. we had a family room with two extra beds and everything was fine. excellent cuisine - plentiful breakfasts and very good Italian-style multi-course dinners. staff was very friendly and helpful. we used parking in the underground garage for a fee.

Very nice hotel, in the inland of the Garda Lake (that is very close). Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good. There is also a restaurant and a bistrò (that often offers live music). Wellness area should be rerserved (with an extra fee): this allows you more relax and less confusion. I will consider it again for future stays.

Nothing to regret!

I like the environnement and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet is also very nice. The pool area was very nice too. I also liked the fact we could charge our electric car for free in the garage !

The only thing missing really is.... a coffee machine in the room. The room are a bit too small for my taste. The same goes for the shower, too small as well for my taste.

Just everything. Location and view are amasing; comfortable spacy quiet room. Very good breakfast, tasty food of high quality in the bistro. Relaxing pampering atmosphere. Good internet. A lot of good restauranfs in the charming village nearby , at walking distance.

they did not come to clean or tidy up/change towels every day which was a surprise, but since a short trip it was bearable. the Spa is modest and the only Finnish sauna did not work properly (it was below 40 degrees)
