Great location, Guido the owner was very friendly, kind, helpful and gave us a lot of tips where to go around Palermo! He has a cute bulldog Carlotta as well!! The room was very clean and the bathroom was great with all the different lights in the shower!! Breakfast was fantastic!!! Eleonora was fantastic and cooked yummy omelettes and cheese and ham sandwiches! The other lady was fabulous as well and even prepared a breakfast to go as we had a very early start when we left Palermo! Also little snacks, tea and coffee were available throughout the day! I recommend to stay at Guido‘s place!!

There was some unpleasant smell from the pipes in the bathroom! You could hear the guests eating breakfast as the rooms are right adjacent from the breakfast area. There is no lift only stairs so be aware to carry all the luggage up to the 2nd floor!!

Continental breakfast was spot on for Palermo in the Summer time. Location was perfect for sightseeing throughout the city. Room was a about right for a couple. We only required a room to sleep and relax when it was too hot to sightsee. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The tips for visiting and dining were spot on and helped to focus on the worthwhile places to see. We liked that we could control the temperature and air conditioning in our room. Room was either cleaned or refreshed daily.

I don't like the Italian sewage system where you have to put toilet paper in a waste can in stead of down the toilet.

Great breakfast. Beautifully cooked omelette and wide continental choices, pastries/croissants/fresh fruit/yogurt/ boiled egg/ ham/salamis/various breads & rolls. Choice of fresh juices / hot chocolate/teas and any type of coffee Large room and big shower with disco lights! Great location - walk or bus to most places. Noise of plumbing cistern, but at least a modern ensuite. Plumbing issues in most of Sicily!

Breakfast outstanding, the location in the Old quarter could not have been better. Staff very good, helpful. Bus 101 stopped right outside b&b, the back streets are just great, for us it was in the perfect position to visit a great city.

The stairs, are a real challenge, many elderly people would be advised to find somewhere with easier accessibility, sadly the age of the building will always make access difficult.

Great location in the city center. 5 minutes walk from Teatro Massimo. Payed car parking is also 5 minutes walk. Very good and stylish interior. Spacious room. Good bathroom. New furniture. Helpful and friendly syaff. The host allowed us early check in (2 hours earlier) without additional fee.

Almost not possible to find a free parking place on the street. I recommend to use paied parking garage nearby. Rooms are surrounding the common area. You can hear everything what happened there. Especially when other guests go to breakfast.

A short walk to Via Maqueda and Ballaro markets, outside the ZLT. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful with tourist tips and also helping us park our car. It was safe to walk in the area with police stations nearby.

Parking was very tight and on a no exit lane so we had to reverse out.

Close to markets and main attractions of Palermo. Free parking out the front, better to grab a spot in the afternoon so just paid a few hours parking round the corner.

The shower light was not for me as flashed in 3 colours, just one light is enough when trying to shave your legs.

He wonderful Camelia came in every morning to do a lovely breakfast and tidy the rooms. Coffe, tea, cakes and biscuits avaliable in the shared breakfast room all day. Great location for the opera house and a bus ride to the train station.

Be aware there is no elevator to get to this second floor apartment (36 steps).

Fantastic location and it was nice and quiet away from the road. Lovely balcony at the room which got the sun most of the day. Good selection for breakfast and they had tea/coffee/water biscuits left out during the day which you can help yourself too. Great restaurant recommendations and a handy map left in the room.

Squeaky bed and for a non-smoking property there was quite a smell of stale smoke.

Excellent breakfast, very helpful host and location is very central. The outside is being renovated so scaffold hides the sign, but inside is super clean and welcoming. No elevator, but that is common.

Not used to communication via phone, no one at home when I arrived, so I didn't know how to get in...but it worked out okay. I called Guido and he told me about phone messages.o
