The hosts are a LOVELY local couple and they will do everything for you to have a nice stay. They really know where to go, and will give you the best local advice you can ask for. The rooms are in pristine condition, cleaned on a daily basis, and you've got a free 24/7 buffet with snacks and drinks. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything that happens in this city. Attractions aren't far, as is the nightlife area. Hint: Ask the host about getting to the Valley of the Temples and you'll have a great time. Cheers!

Fantastic stay! The owner Gaetano is very nice and makes sure that you have the best stay possible. I arrived late at night and he was very accommodating to my late arrival. Snacks, bottled water and treats were a bonus! Room was cleaned daily by housekeeping and given fresh towels which is appreciated The apartment has a 24/7 security front desk so it’s very safe and located in a touristy area so easy to walk to all your destinations - the free walking tour that I did started only a 2 min walk down the road! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The room was modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. Fresh towels were provided each day and the air conditioning was excellent. Communication from the hosts was absolutely brilliant from the moment we landed in Sicily. They also provided us with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The coffee provided in the nearby cafe by way of vouchers was delicious.

Nothing to dislike

It was amazing! We booked it quite late (21:30) due to a changed flight but we were able to check in very late remotely with the help of the owner. The location is very good. We were really surprised by the beautiful room, it was also super clean. There were lots of free snacks in the hallway and possibility to make coffee. We enjoyed our stay!

We was there for our Honeymoon and it was the most beautiful, most clean and the best place we could stay in Palermo. The Host was extremely kind and friendly. We definitely come back to Palermo and definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything it was molto fantastico!!

Everything was great! We arrived in Palermo at night, so I am very grateful to the host for check-in after 1am! The hotel has a great location - very close to every attraction, very clean rooms - cleaning every day, the room is new and very cozy, very comfortable mattress and pillows, free coffee machine and lots of sweets :)

The host was very friendly. I felt very safe and comfortable. The location was near the bus stop to/from the airport and within walking distance of all major places I wanted to visit. The 24 hour doorman was nice. No charge to hold bags after checkout. It was really perfect for my stay.

Great localisation in the city center and very close to the bus stops (also the one which will take you from the airport). The reception is also open in the night, so you don't have to worry when your flight is late in the evening. Modern, renovated bathroom, small cosmetics, fresh towels, drinks and snacks - the owner thought about everything. We also got all important details and information one week before our arrival (also information and photos how to get from the airport to the apartment so we could save money by taking the bus instead of ordering a taxi 😊 ). Great breakfast in the beautiful Café just next to the flat so that you can try typical italian sweets and coffee😋 I'm sure you won't find anything better in this price range and localisation. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain!

The property was in the perfect location. It was close to old town, new town, and not far from Mondello Beach. It was clean, the hosts were wonderful, and I would recommend it to everyone. We will be back for sure😊

everything was perfect! the owner were super friendly and helped us a lot, he also gave us advices for good restaurants and beautiful places the room was nice and super clean. you are super safe there because there is a Portier at the entrance. breakfast was also delicious! you are in the middle of the center what was also super for us. we will definitely come back, thank you!
