Ruggero Settimo - Room & Suite0

It's located in a good area of Palermo near theatre Massimo. The apartment has almost everything that you might need and it's clean. You can find a mini market like 300 meters away and it's 20 minutes away from the train station. It's also close to some important tourist attractions.

Kind of difficult to get in when you are drunk, there are a few doors you need to get past in order to get into the apartment, but after a few days you will know what keys you need to use for every door :) The room has everything you might need, but I missed some disposable slippers for the bathroom. Overall it's a 9 out of 10.

Perfect location, comfy beds and helpful staff. We did a mistake when checking out and staff helped us immediately.

Initially, the aircondition didn't work - as already described in other reviews (We went mid May with some of the first days with 30 °C) After writing a bit back and we had this problem solved and the air-condition was working same day.

noisy due to its location( it’s in the heart of Palermo),thin walls (can hear your neighbours),missing heating,couldn’t manage to get volume on tv (I’m sure if we texted owner would have helped us out)

The room was very clean and comfortable for two people. The breakfast was normal and Italian authentic with great service. Location top!

Everything was fine. :) The only thing is that the walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbors, but still it was not that loud like it is described in other comments.

The location is really good, walking distance to the main sites in Palermo. The accommodation is well equipped and well looked after. Easy check-in and check-out. It was a very comfortable for a family of 4.

new, clean, well equipped. breakfast at 4star Garibaldi Hotel was really excellent. i would come back to Ruggero Settimo any time. warmly recommended.

for me the full electronic reception was a bit strange, but after a call we could arrange everything.

Here two nights! Great location! We enjoyed our breakfast at the near by hotel.

We were given a tiny bin, and because we have a child we had to leave plastic bin bags in the bathroom. Bigger bin, would have solved this. Not ideal, but just a minor observation.

the walls are not soundproof so if you have noisy neighbors it can be a problem.

Unfortunately you can hear what is going on in the neighbours room and the people on the street when they get loud. We were in 7 floor

lights and decorations in the room. the lights are extremely cold and sterile. the walls white and sterile with only one print decorating one of the walls
