Very nice B&B. I had suite nr. 1, which is amazing - very big with a fantastic picturesque ceiling.The bathroom was also beautiful and big. Everything was very clean and new and also to mention is the balcony with a view towards the cathedral. The breakfast was very nice. Anna,the breakfast woman, even makes the coffee! Fresh breads are offered, proscuitto, salami, cakes, cereals, joghurt. Anna was very polite, she even prepared breakfast earlier the day we had to leave early in the morning and she helped my friend with the luggage carrying down the stairs.. Such a special service.Gianluca was also very friendly. The location is great, just behind the cathedral, however very quiet. I can highly recommend this B&B- a 5 stars accomodation. Thx again to Anna and Gianluca!

Breakfast was really good- good variety of products (fresh fruit, pastries, cheese&ham, bread). Close to the city centre. The room was vary spacious. Friendly staff

There is a dining area, but there are no cutlery or plates/glasses available. The shower looks fancy, but the shower head cannot be adjusted, so it was quite annoying. Parking in a nighmare, especially if you are not used to drive in small italian streets. Fridge is the room was little bit noisy.

Location, free parking near by.

Not suitible for families with baby stroller.no elevator, so you need to carry baby and his strolley to the 2nd floor. Check in guy forgot to tell us pin code of the entrance door, so we were standing about 10 minutes at the night outside the room while trying to call all reception numbers we had. Somehow they sent us sms with the code. Breakfast was very poor, only coffee jogurt and pasteries.

location was excellent. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. communication with the b&b was efficient and fast over text/email.

could get noisy at night with lots of motorbikes revving outside, especially if you want the door to stay open to get air during warm nights. closing the door effectively keeps noise out however. the water in the shower did not get consistently warm.

Perfect in all respects including the service of the morning breakfast staff. Room 2 was spacious and clean. The light from the mini hvrefrigerator was somewhat annoying.

I would have given this stay a 11/10 rating except I prefer an in person reception. Last minute entry instructions don’t work for me. Also the preregistration was a little tedious. All convenient for the host but not so much for the tired guest making multiple bookings during a prolonged stay in Europe

Gianluca was super kind . Our flight arrived extremely late and he waited for us after check in ours in the middle of the night . Also the size of the bedroom

Nothing . The only thing I’d suggest is that Our bedroom was right next to the dining area . I would just recommend those “ light sleepers “ to ask the host to be in a bedroom not so close to the dining area .

Location is quite central to major tourist attractions and dining options within walking distance. Nicely appointed room with ensuite and modern facilities.

A little difficult to access the street parking due to road closure / tight backstreets. Modest breakfast in comparison to other BnBs but adequate.

The apartment was very close to the main Palermo Cathedral and other main Palermo historical monuments which can be reached by walking. Parking around is possible also for free. Apartment looked new and it was clean. Personel very kind and helpfull.

It takes some courage to drive in the city centre but once you´re there the location is excellent. Getting out of the centre was complicated as satnav of car was absolutely not up to date with palermo´s one way and pedestrian streets. Great beds, really close to sights, restaurants and flea market.

Great location, room with fridge, and balcony with a good view. Free parking at the street nearby. Amazing breakfast, with the best cappuccino I ever have. The lady at the breakfast was very kind. We have water, tea, coffee, and microwave available 24h.
