Location is perfect, right on main pedestrian street with shops, restaurants, monuments etc, yet no noise coming in room. Its a beautiful place, with nice touches & decorations all around the place. Very intimate, perfect for couples. Breakfast was very good for us. No parking but it wasnt issue for us as we found free parking space every day just behind building, and there ia also paying garage across the street if you want extra security. All in all, I highly recommend place and certanly we will be coming back

The place is very chic, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and central location from all the touristy spots. Thank you Silvia (friendly receptionist) and friends! We will return and definitely recommend this place 👌

No complaints at all!

The location is perfect. Most if not all things were walkable. The bed was also really comfy. There is a parking garage near, 25euro/day. There is a slight hill and stairs you will need to go up to reach the B&B. The setup and decor was unique.

Upon arrival, I received several messages regarding my arrival. The check-in time didn't seem very flexible as I felt a tad bit rushed. After 3pm there was a clause stating guest would have to do self check-in, which i was okay with. I managed to arrive around 2pm and received the bare minimum of instructions. The wifi only works in certain areas. The breakfast area is a bit small. Me and a few other guest were asked to move seating once we had already sat at a table. However, it is an easy fix for the staff to instead guide guest to a table that best fit the needs for all guest.

Its location on the pedestrian street and easy distance to train station. Good breakfast.

Staff/host was not helpful when I enquired the best way to get to the Dimora Bellini from Palermo Centrale station, I was just told taxi or bus. I asked what bus number but she never replied. I ended up taking a taxi for under 1km ride and was charged €20. I clearly got scammed and it was so unnecessary had I been given more helpful info by host/staff. It would have only cost me €1.40 for the bus ride or better still, a 10-15 minute walk from the station. She never offered me any introduction to the accommodation, nor info or recommendation on activities in Palermo either. No elevator in the building.

The location of this B and B is superb and within easy walking distance to almost all major sites. Remember this is a B and B, not a full hotel and provides excellent value for money. The building is beautiful and the breakfast nook is cozy. The atmosphere is very peaceful but the room we had- deluxe double -faced the main street which on Saturday night is a zoo and very loud. Fun fact: if you put a foam pillow over your exposed ear, it becomes a lot quieter. Our room had two balconies which was great. The staff was there to help with any needs and were very friendly and efficient.

Only things to recommend is to put a couple of small seats out on the balcony as the people watching is superb (we asked and they provided). There is a complimentary mini bar but no bottle opener for beer or wine- small thing, easily rectified down the street at a shop but ideally should be in place.

Location is great since it is in the center of town. But the car parking is not easy. It was difficult to find our way to the hotel since you drive around in tiny narrow streets barely large enough for a car. Then the parking is difficult. We parked next to the hotel in what was supposed to be a legal spot. When we picked up our car to leave one side was scratched from from front to end. The scratch was deep enough made by a knife or key. Not sure why this vandalism took place. Not the fault of the hotel but something to watch for.

The location was great and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts exceeded our expectations and the entire hotel was clean.

When we first arrived, we had difficulty entering the building and knowing where to go. Once in, we walked up the stairs, but did not see any signage and it was confusing as to where to were suppose to go. The bathroom was nice, but it was difficult not having any counter space. We didn't mind the stairs, but those could be a challenge for some travelers.

I felt like family and have never eaten such a big breakfast. The atmosphere seemed to encourage everyone to chat with each other and I got to know guests I wouldn’t have otherwise met. I had a lovely time and would definitely return.

The room is a bit noisy, but it’s in the heart of the action and the city. If what you want is a silent room, you need to rent one in the countryside at a agroturismo.

The place exceeded our expectations in every way. Located in the heart of Palermo, the rooms are so well isolated-soundproof that you do not hear any noise coming from inside or outside. Beds are comfortable, showers and bathroom very clean, breakfast very good and we could choose in advance the type of food/coffee we wanted for breakfast. The staff is very pleasent and gave us good tips for nice restaurants. The charm of the people running the place and the place will stay with us long time. We highly reccomend it!

Nothing to point out

The hotel is very pretty and comfortable. The staff is amazing and the breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The coffee/cappuccino was made only when asked.

The parking experience wasn’t the best and had room for improvement. The hotel staff and Simon, the parking staff, were very helpful, but we always had to send a message asking to open the parking gate, and they’re not always by their phones (of course)
