The staff were super friendly and helpful by giving us lots of information about Palermo. Check-in and airport transfer was a breeze. Our room was so immaculate and welcoming when we arrived with slippers and towels arranged on our beds. You won't get a better location than this in Palermo, it is in the centre of everything but is also not too noisy as it's on a side street. The breakfast was perfectly fine and staff are very attentive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Breakfast could have had more variety on different days but it was absolutely fine.

This b&b is in a great location - literally on one of the main roads of Palermo. The building didn't look very inviting, it seems as though they have trouble with the local council keeping the areas tidy, however once you step into Delle Vittorie, it's like you're in a different place! The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was quite big too! Breakfast was the best we have experienced in Sicily - plenty of choice including pastries, fruit, cereal and yoghurt. Giuseppe was on hand to give restaurant recommendations which was great. The girls who worked at Breakfast were lovely too. I would recommend a stay here.

Location was great and near plenty of restaurants. Hotel was clean and the breakfast offered was good and had a good selection. Unfortunately we did not have a lot of time to explore more of Palermo and the temperature reached 48 degrees so we were not in the mood to be out in that heat very long. A must visit is Kepalle, best Arancini we have ever had. Try the Abburro!

The AC in the room was working but not very well. Area felt like I was at a flea market though with some of the shops and vendors. A lot of items were cheap and not made in Italy.

Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable, and charming. 1. Location is amazing. walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and bars. There are streets that can look sketchy, however we didn’t have any issues or see any questionable activity. 2. Parking is about 2 blocks away in a closed off garage. we had a mid size SUV and was able to fit.( we had a car to drive across Sicily, only moved the car once we left) 3. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean 4. Amazing hosts. Martina and Giuseppe both approachable and attentive. Martina reached out prior to arrival, and was beyond helpful for late check in. I would definitely stay here again! we were upgraded to a deluxe family room( comfortable for 2 people)

The property was clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. our room fronted one of the busiest, noisiest streets in Palermo, yet when the windows were closed, the noise level plummeted. it was still there, of course, but completely tolerable. Breakfast was varied, well presented and the breakfast room was comfortable.

We would have been a lot happier with a larger, clearer tourist map of the area. They were out, and the printed version was completely worthless. An updated restaurant list would be helpful. After struggling to find a recommended restaurant without a map, we were disappointed to find it closed on Sunday. On the upside, we selected another recommended restaurant and it provided one of the better meals of our stay in Sicily.

Fantastic location right next to a very lively and popular street with everything you need. The B&B itself was amazing. The service was exceptional, nothing was an inconvenience. We had 3 rooms booked for 3 nights stay and all 6 of us absolutely loved our stay. The included breakfast was perfect and the staff who prepared and served breakfast and serviced the rooms were just beautiful people who did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one. I’d highly recommend Delle Vitoria to anyone looking for accommodation in Palermo

Everything! We had issues with delays getting into Palermo and Martina couldn’t have been more helpful. Despite the late checking she helped with parking, checking us in remotely and making sure we settled in with ease. The room was incredibly clean and had everything you needed. Location is also super.

Incredibly well-appointed large rooms with all of the amenities! Public areas also lovely and comfortable. We were a large group of 14 extended family members that were very well taken care of and accommodated despite arriving at multiple different times. Giuseppe and staff were gracious and incredibly helpful. He recommended the Prestia & Comande shuttle bus from the airport. It was a perfect solution. The hotel had many good suggestions for nearby restaurants and information on how to get to points of interest. The hotel was located in a pedestrian area of restaurants etc and close to one of the markets. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The morning of our departure we were provided with a voucher for the bar downstairs because we were leaving before breakfast was available in the hotel.

The air-conditioner in room 6 dripped condensation. Giuseppe responded promptly to the problem. Apparently, the temperature was so hot it was causing the air-conditioner to have increased condensation. Honestly, no real complaints-- Delle Vittorie Luxury Rooms & Suites is a fantastic property!

We arrived in the morning and could directly enter our room. We felt very welcome. Upon arrival we got contacted personally if we needed a transfer from the airport. The rooms and establishment were very clean. Breakfast was nice. The establishment is located in the middle of the center. Rooms are very quiet. At departure we could leave our luggage and got a spare key. Great service if you have to spend your day still in Palermo. We would really recommend a stay here if you visit Palermo.

The location is exceptional and it is very clean. Very comfortable bed and quiet for a good night sleep. excellent breakfast and very good variety.

Since checked in much later than expected, we had a little bit of problem getting in but Giuseppe had sent the instructions on WhatsApp just a little bit later after we arrived. perhaps it would have been good if the instructions would have been sent in advance but it wasn’t a big deal after all.
