Location was fabulous in the center of activity, adjacent to Piazza Grande. We had ready access to restaurants, shops and plenty of history, as well as having nearby services (i.e. laundromat). Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful and excellent - especially those warm croissants! Staff was so friendly, caring and hospitable, and offerred wonderful recommendations. Having been to Montepulciano several years ago, this really fullfilled our desire to return and stay within the old city walls.

You have to be prepared for all the uphill walking. Hopefully, you know and understand that about the town before you arrive. That's part of the history and the charm of the place. Fortunately, there is a hop-on, hop-off bus one can use if unable to make the trek, which will allow you to take advantage of every adventure inside the town and more.

We loved our short stay! We were warmly greeted at reception and provided lots of information for our stay. The room was clean, well furnished and spacious enough. We loved the breakfast in the underground level: perfect cappuccino (my wife is Italian - raised in Italy not abroad :) ), great selection and cute setting. We would highly recommend. Location is also perfect - within the town centre, close to everything (expect a supermarket, however there are some places where you can purchase water and other small pantry items, if needed).

Parking is a bit tricky to figure out but we eventuallynmanaged

Meublè Evoè is inside the old town of Montepulciano in a fantastic location. Benedetta was extremely helpful and responsive assisting us with directions on arrival and parking, local things to see and do, excellent aperitivo and dinner recommendations. We loved Romantico - Daniele looked after us very well and we experienced a sunset view like no other. Benedetta was also very helpful planning our onward journey and made great suggestions for our last stop in Tuscany (including places we should stop to see along the way). They were wonderful, we loved Monteriggioni. Grazie ancora Benedetta!

The location is right around the corner from where they filmed a popular movie about beauty and the vampire and it was neat to see it in person. The hosts were wonderful! They greeted us with smiles and let us into the room personally. The room fit the four of us comfortably. We came during a very hot day so the air conditioner tried its best to keep the room cool. The room is right over a cafe but it is very well sound insulated so we didn't notice any street noise and we slept well. The bathroom is very clean, lots of towels and toiletry items. If you park on one of the public parking lots it's a hike to the hotel (like most things in these historic villages) but they can also help you park next to their place if you call ahead and ask if there's an available spot.

Nothing to say for improvement.

Sweetest hosts with unmatched care for guests. We arrived well before check-in (around 10) with the expectation of just dropping off bags and come back later but they had made sure that our room already was ready for us. Great breakfast included and as we were staying with them at Easter, they even provided traditional local Easter items. Location is right in the heart of Montepulciano. Staying with this B&B is both a great deal and decision.

Montepulciano is a lovely small city and we had the best of times in this small property. The two owners were very attentive, and made sure were comfortable in our two rooms. Breakfast was nice, they have parking spots which for us was a big plus. Location in the heart of town so we walked easily everywhere.

All was perfect.

+ Gianni and Luigi are very very nice hosts and run this place with an amazing passion. They are able to offer very good advice on places to go. There is a pick up service from the free public parking (info will he given upon booking). Luigi gave us a first glimpse of the city during the ride and showed us some nice views already. The room was rustic but beautiful and clean. Very central location in the old town.

- Great location; but you have to be very mobile on foot. Montepulciano has lots of steep and narrow roads. (Not a negative for the hotel, just careful advice!)

We really enjoyed our stay. Luigi and Johnny were very helpful. They met us to guide our car into the tricky hill town and give us a special parking spot. Luigi gave us restaurant recommendations and directions to interesting spots. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was central to walking to all the eating and shopping areas.

Great host and place! Would definatelly recommend if staying in Montepulciano. The room was really nice and comfortable, clean, appartment is in in the old town so there is a great vibe there as well. Host helped us not to get lost in the city with lots of one sided roads and led us to the parking space right next to the building. Additional appreciation for the kettle to make my beloved tea! It was really amazing place to stay. Thank you! ✨

This was our second night at Meuble Evoe after having been away one night. We were allowed to leave bags even though they do not have a dedicated room for it and our bags were already in our new room by the time we arrived. This is a fantastic B&B that is strongly recommended!
