Piccolo Hotel La Valle

The staff was so helpful, we arrived early before the agreed check in and even if the camera was not ready yet (we weren’t expect it to be) they let us park and leave our car for the entire day. we also hired e-bikes for the day and cycled around the countryside. the bikes were fully charged and we were given all the necessary gear and information before leaving. the absolute highlight however was the breakfast, homemade cakes and tarts, fresh fruit, savoury snacks, anything I could ask for. top marks, would 100% recommend

Friendly staff gave me a perfect room with a perfect view over the breath taking Tuscan landscape, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, location can be easily reached by car, and they have a parking space under the hotel. Room was very clean, with a nice bathroom and a very comfy bed, and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious! and that in combi with the view! This hotel is just perfect for a a stay in Pienza / Tuscany

Can't find anything, just perfect!

Brilliant place, big room, nice air con, the room was 'pre-conditioned' when we arrived so we could chill immediately when we walked in. Breakfast was good, not many options but good quality. Nice view of the valley from the garden behind.

No lift - not a problem for us but might be a problem for some, but the lady we met when first arrived was so helpful she helped us lifting a suitcase upstairs even when we did not ask her to do that. Manouvering the car in the basement could be quite tricky although I did not really have any real problem.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Good parking facilities. Super friendly small hotel with fantastic views over the Tuscan countryside. We reported had a problem with our bed after the first night and the staff arranged a brand new bed by the time we had returned from our daily excursion, what great customer service. Will definitely stay here again.

The view is breathtaking!!! The garage parking was such a plus, no hassle. The staff were wonderful, very helpful with everything. Being able to walk into Pienza was a big plus. No dealing with parking. Location for traveling to other hill towns was so easy. You could see a lot of them from our balcony.

Location was right next to old town Pienza and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Pienza is flat, small and easy to navigate and makes an ideal place to stay that is central to the heart of tuscany. Breakfast on the terrace overlooked a spectacular tuscan view.

Parking was free but tight. Staff could have been a little more helpful, but language presented a barrier.

We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The on-site parking was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect!

I am a light sleeper and it was a little bit noisy in the morning as people were checking out early. We had one of the rooms closest to the reception area though.

View from hotel patio and our room over Val d'Orcia The staff were excellent, and there was car parking. Our room was very well furnished and set up. There was a small bar so we could have a much needed drink on arrival after a long journey!

For us it was perfect, the room was not very large but for two days that was not necessary.

Amazing small hotel with nice and cosy rooms. Perfect location just next to the old town and very nice and pleasant staff. Would come back definitely.

A very clean, neat, and comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample, and the view at breakfast on the patio was amazing. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to the town, which is beautiful! I would definitely stay here again.
