Hotel Novotel Genova City

The personal was very nice, 10 of 10, and the breakfast was good.

You need new towels. I didn't use them, luckily I had 2 of my own. All of them with spotes and extremely used. Because of this only reason, I would never come back. The second night spent it at another hotel. Very disappointing from this point of view.

Very good place to stay, nice location and tasty breakfast.

Towel were not so clean. Other than that everything is perfect.

We had the deluxe apartment and it was so modern, large and comfortable- wish we were staying more than one night! There was a kitchen/dining and living area which had an induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and sink - also included all kitchen amenities such as glassware, crockery, cutlery etc. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night sleep! The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble - they arranged a taxi for us to the Aquarium so we didn’t miss our pre-booked slot!

The toilet was a wall hung one which was a bit too high

Restaurant accepted us even close to closing time, thank you for this. Very helpful receptionist, eager to sort out parking issues. Family car would not fit in the garage, still have space outside to park.

Not being allowed to use the staricase made moving within the building slightly challenging. Serving and food preparation was not very quick - have to say that we were quite late that night.

Rooms are good size. Family focused with pet friendly option. Nice interactive section for kids/teens. Restaurant was excellent, friendly service and great food. Staff were all very welcoming, warm and friendly.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, with some supports missing. Not good for adults... maybe better for kids. But the bed should be fixed! My daughter slept in the double bed, and loved it. In-room TV was dated, poor reception and screen quality. To for an upgrade!

The beds were quite large and lovely. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. And the food at the restaurant for dinner was terrific with reasonable prices. I recommend their Trofie al Pesto, it's delicious.

The shower had an inadequate drainage system, so you must shower in a few seconds; otherwise, the bathroom would be flooded. This could be by design to save water. Anyway, it was challenging, especially with the kids.

The rooms were spacious and comfy. we had a baby with us and she could crawl around and enjoy the time we spent. The hotel was very family-friendly and there were many options for kids and babies - healthy options! The staff were very understanding. Our baby woke up sick so they allowed us to check out at around 13:00 instead of 11:00. Overall, we really enjoyed the place.

We loved the fact that the hotel had on-premise parking (€8 per night, but totally worth it). We also appreciated the lovely continental breakfast, and the fact that there is a restaurant in the hotel. We took advantage of the restaurant for dinner on the first night, since it was pouring, and we did not feel like venturing outside. The food was good and fairly priced.

The room was a little small. There were four of us, but the room was definitely a double with a hide-away bed which was transformed into a bed. This made the room quite small with little place to move, but overall it was fine since we were staying only one night. It might have been a little more complicated if we had booked the hotel for 2 or more nights.

breakfast was delicious. pool was fabulous! staff are lovely. cleaning crew are great! rooms are comfy. towels are fresh clean and so so soft and a great size and variety.

the restaurant wasn’t great. none of the wine was available. they brought only one bottle out that was available wasn’t on the list. no price advised. no facility to pay in the restaurant. the food choices were not great. breakfast is a very high standard and would expect the same at dinner.

Everything, staff is really friendly and helpful. They remember if you forget something. It's directly from the highway. They offer parking (8€ per night). Breakfast is very versitale and delicious. Dinner is avaiable till 10.30pm which is great. Check out is till 12am. Super happy. We thought we will stay only 1 night but instead we were there 3. Where ever we will go we will take Novotel Hotel.
