This bed and breakfast was EXCELLENT! The hosts were incredibly kind and provided so much information. The breakfast was perfect (typical European breakfast - croissants, hard boiled eggs, coffee, bread, etc.) and the B&B was very clean. I stayed in a very spacious room with my own bathroom and it exceeded my expectations. The hosts did a great job of making things convenient (offering bus tickets, alcohol, and water bottles for a small rate) provided maps, recommendations, and were very personable. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable here. If I’m ever back in Como or know of any friends/family going, I will 100% recommend this bed and breakfast!

The location was a bit of a walk from the train station. It is considerably uphill, but there is a bus system that runs through the area and that stops nearby the house.

We enjoyed completely everything, Starting from the host, and finishing with the view. The pool is my absolute favorite 😍 A bunch of perfect advices and tips were given to us by the host, and we applied them 😃 Also we had a large and heavy suitcase and the host opened for us another entrance with a private elevator! That means a lot to us, thank you! Wi-Fi, breakfast and the accommodation itself were just what we were expecting and even more!

The hosts are a very friendly elderly couple that tries to help their guest as much as they can. The B&B is located about 200 m from a Bus stop so getting there by bus from Como is easy. The breakfast was tasty and the rooms were clean. You can buy Bus Tickets directly at the B&B which is cheaper as well as more comfortable than buying them in the bus.

The Check In timeframe is rather short (17:30 to 19:30).

We loved everything, the place, pool, breakfast and the hosts, lovely couple who allowed us to check in a bit earlier, the location is also good, 20min walk to town which for us wasn't bad as we enjoy walking. We highly recommend this place to enjoy Como, lovely stay and great value for money, also fair pricing considering Como accommodation can get very expensive

Cozy, there is a pool, very clean, owners are very friendly. Beautiful view

My windows was to the roads side. It was very loud, so had some problems with a rest ( i was to sensitive for the sounds, especially because 8 arrived to Como from mountains). But I dont think is that bad.

very nice and friendly owners, you can(though we did not because of the mosquitos) use the smal swimming pool, very nice garden

check in is only from 17:30!! there is nobody there until then, very basic breakfast, they do not clean the rooms if you stay extra nights, it's very close to the highway and trains so it's VERY noisy day and night, it's not recommended for disabled people because the stairs to the entrance (there is no other way)

Up a hill, but only a quick 16 minutes walk to the old town walls.

The staff were really friendly and a lot of effort went into the breakfast. The view was gorgeous and the place had a nice atmosphere.

The place was a little far from the centre but it was still very well connected - on the main road and close to a bus route.

Lovely staff! The room was clean and fresh. Appreciated the pool, the air conditioning and the free breakfast.

Location was a bit far out of town. As we don’t have a car this was annoying. We were offered bus tickets though. For anyone with a car this isn’t an issue.

The location was a bit far from the city center. It is difficult to get a taxi especially at night. Walking all the way from the city center is not easy. Part of the road is steep.
