We were sent a WhatsApp to confirm arrival time, met outside by Federica, and taken inside. The room was huge and clean. We had plenty of space for luggage, and a sofa bed so we had a bed each. Federica set the table for breakfast the night before, with packaged food, yoghurt, milk and juices in the fridge and a coffee machine. She also brought fresh bread and croissants in the morning. The location was really close to the lake and a supermarket, as well as lots of restaurants.

The shower cubicle could have done with being slightly bigger but that’s all!

Clean and comfortable space! Aside from our private room and toilet, there is a cosy shared dining space and kitchen too. Really considerate that the host prepared snacks, breakfast and fruits. Great to have food after a tiring journey and a convenient place to rest. The place is walking distance to the lakeside area to take ferries and also to take the como-brunate funicular. Host was very friendly and kind, we appreciated that for our check-in, she came early and waited for us even though we were delayed due to long bus waiting time.

The host, Federica and Michele were so lovely and helped us a lot during our stay. The room and the bathroom were huge and with the extra sofa in the room, 4 people easily can stay there. I'm a bit obsessed with cleanliness and I should give 10 out of 10 for this!!! The room was very close to the centre and especially ferry station, where you can easily access to the Como ferry (Belaggio, Menaggio, Varenna etc) also very close to the Funiculare. We particularly enjoyed the area around funiculare , near the sea side, with lots of restaurants and cafes. The only tiny thing is breakfast could be a little better with maybe some more breads and other fresh varieties, however with rich coffee and tea options we were totally fine. I would definitely recommend this place and would like to come back again some time :)

What an amazing time we had here with my family! Thank you Federica for the truly awesome experience. Location is excellent, close to the lake and the old city. Private parking for your car (important luxury for lake Como where parking is a nightmare). Breakfast so was so rich, Federica even comes to bring fresh italian croissants at 8am. There was an abundance of food and the choice was so rich. Thank you for everything!

Lovely hosts, kind and willing to help! Wonderful location, 10 minutes from the center of Como, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Spacious room, new, comfortable facilities, everything is clean and in good taste. Coffee and tea corner all day free of charge, refrigerator, kitchenette including tableware for use, 2 rooms in the apartment only, privacy!

A simple continental breakfast (as usual in Italy) but the coffee is excellent!

Federica is a great host. She is extremely kind and caring. Always willing to help. Great location, super close the the old town and it has a private parking closed. Super specious room and great breakfast with fresh bread and croissants.

In the room there is the water heater/boiler. so each time someone opens the hot water it will make a big noise which really disturb the rest of a light sleeper. Pity for that, otherwise would be perfect stay

We liked this family managed business, coffee ans snacks there all the time which is great , Fredricka was very helpful , location is perfect near the lake and we enjoyed our stay

There is no Taxi application and you have to call them at Como We had to walk from train station to the hotel with our luggages There is no thing to do for the hotel with this but this is como issue

Federica, the host, is so sweet and nice, giving us instructions and answers as and when we needed. Location was great, close to old town and lake. What exceeded our expectations was that there was a very nice breakfast prepared every morning. I didn't know breakfast was available... and snacks for use all day in the kitchen. Another good thing (for my kid) is they have Netflix!

The boiler in the apartment is very loud every time when someone (whether in our apartment or the other one) uses water. The TV is a little small.

The hosts are the sweetest ladies you can ever meet, so sincere for children, so concerned about your needs. The room is spacious, it's certainly a large flat with a bathroom. The decoration is so nice, there's everything in the room that you need even Netflix. The breakfast is with fresh croissant and bread. They give us a lot advices for where to shop and where to dine. All are local and make our day. We will always remember Como with lovely memories.

There's nothing I dislike.

We really liked the place, it was super homey and cute. Everything looked new and clean and the decorations were very tasteful making it even more comfy! Federica was very nice and always on call for us, even in german! The location was central with lake como in easy walking distance. It was also helpful that we had a closed off and private parking space for our car. The breakfast was really cute with lots of options, fresh bread, croissants and coffee. We had a really good time and would definitely visit again!
