Upon arrival Marianna was very helpful and sent us everything we needed to know for check in via text, this made check in seamless. The location was fanatic, very close to the town, restaurants and the lake. The apartment was modern and spacious yet felt cosy. it’s fully equipped with a large TV and Netflix and we loved the double shower and spacious bathroom. the breakfast was delicious especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. We needed to stay an extra night due to our flights being cancelled so Marianna kindly found us accommodation which was very helpful.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable. everything else was superb.

One of the best rooms we have ever been. Spotless, very spacious and equipped with everything you may need during your stay. In the centre of Como , a few steps from the lake , markets and bakery . Marianna was an excellent hostess , she gave us her advices and helped us a lot! We will be back definitely!!

Nice little B&B in a quiet area. Marianna was very nice and helpful, serves a lovely breakfast we needed gluten free and she was accommodating for us, fresh squeezed orange juice was lovely, breakfast is served at bit late but if you needed early breakfast she left it in your room the afternoon after cleaning so you could be off early. Room was decorated very nicely and had everything you needed. Would stay there again for sure

Breakfast could be served earlier but she covers that by leaving it in your room if requested.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Civico29 and had a fantastic time. The host was great and very responsive in our communications. Our room was clean and cozy, and great breakfast in the morning too. The location was perfect and having the possibility to park the car at the property (in the center of Como!) made it real easy for us. I'd really recommend this clean, cozy and perfectly located place to anyone visiting Como.

This place is amazing! The rooms are big enough, the shower is good, the location is amazing very central but yet very . quiet The best and most important aspect of our stay was the hospitality! Andrea (the son of the owners who were on vacation) and his girlfriend went more and beyond. Helped us with whatever we needed! So of you are looking for a good stay near the lake and all the restaurants with the best value for money this is it!

The location and proximity to central Como The decoration of the room, especially the bathroom it’s small but very nicely done.

We did not feel very welcome from the host as we were being questioned about our every move so couldn’t relax as much as we would have hoped. Some days we got breakfast, some days not - it was a bit of lottery! The one day we did get breakfast there was a comment that our pile of clothes was messy!

A great location nearby to Railway Stations, Ferry Terminal, Funicular, restaurants and bars and Piazzas. A clean and spacious room with fridge, shower, large TV and extremely comfortable bed. Marianna the host communicated clearly and was extremely helpful in signposting to local restaurants, bakeries and gelato shops. Lovely coffee, fresh orange juice and good selection of pastries for breakfast.

Nothing - it was of a very high standard and comfortable to spend time in if the weather is poor.

Very good location. The owner gives a lot of recommendations and is very thorough with communication. Breakfast was nice although a bit strange receiving it in your room (new experience for us).

Some people might not enjoy the high level of communication between the host and guest, and there are a lot of house rules. We didn't mind, but others might not enjoy it.

The location was excellent. Easy to access and we felt very safe. The beds were comfortable and the double shower was perfect. Breakfast was good (continental) and got us started for the day. Tv with Netflix was a bonus as was having a fridge to keep our water cold.

Not having a safe to use, although the security measures to access the apartment was very good.
