Location, atmosphere

Staff were not very welcoming or helpful. They failed to repect their own rule of staying silent in the corridors. Music during breakfast badly chosen, not relaxing at all.

The location is really perfect to relax. The food was nice, the yoga was really good aswell as my spa treatment, and the facilities around the farm are great - so many places to sit and chill and admire the surroundings. The alpacas are cool! It was really good value for money and you can customise how you spend your time whatever way you please.

The staff at reception weren't so friendly. The room was very dark and old-fashioned.

Absolutely gorgeous setting in nature, surrounded by fields, forests and streams. So quiet and tranquil, wonderful to be surrounded by nature and whoever designed the hotel did an amazing job of incorporating the natural environment into the built environment. Yoga studio is gorgeous as well and we had a fabulous yoga class with a lovely teacher. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous as well with a good range of options. Pleasant staff and overall a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. The gratitude tree inside the building is a lovely touch.

Steam room wasn't working properly and hot tub didn't seem very clean, lots of insects floating around in it!

Food was lovely, staff friendly, beautiful decor, cocktail bar lovely setting, sense of relaxation as soon as entering reception, beautiful smell around the facility.

Dining area very dark, doesn't seem to blend in with the rest of the decor, room wasn't ready on arrival at 6pm, hot tub broken, steam room wasn't in operation, sensory garden could do with more upkeep, outdoor rooms had broken windows & doors in the seated error, area around seats in alpacas blocked by weeds when the rest of it was cut. Finally door of bathroom in bedroom could do with oiling to avoid waking up everybody when sharing with a group of 4.

The location is absolutely beautiful and the staff is friendly. Peaceful vibe. Cute alpaca's in the meadow. The bed is comfortable and the towels were very nice and fluffy. Breakfast was really nice, can recommend the Irish breakfast and the pancakes. We had dinner in the hotel once and that was really tasty too.

The spa facilities are nice as an add on to a normal hotel but not very elaborate. They close at 19:00, which was a pity because we couldn't enjoy the sauna after hiking all day and that would have made the stay even better The room was well kept but there were hardly any surfaces or hooks to keep our belongings for a multiple day stay.

I was surprized by food size. When they brought the meal, I thought, the portions are small. But after, I felt good in my stomach. They gave portions that are on right size, not too big and not too small. Not hungry and not heavy. I liked the breakfast and dinner meals. Asked to bing hot milk for coffee and they brought hot milk from the machine with foam, that I liked a lot. Thank u. The smothie - it`s a must to try. Very tasty. Thank u. It`s very clean and green. A lot of places to rest and think about sense of life. )) Sauna and steam rooms very good. Swiming pool is not big, but I felt good with the size. There are two bottles with still and gaz water in the room. I liked it very much. A couple of spiders is bathroom, that I take as @a like@. The floating bed gave a funny sensation (30 minutes). Couldnt relax completely, but still very good feelings. Good exercise for breathing. Alpacas were funny. `The baloons there are our. Go and check.

I can`t explain, but we had difficulties in finding the place. We spent about one hour before we found the place. Jacuzzi is outside, so couldn`t use it because of dust in the water. We came earlier because we wanted use sauna, steam room and swiming pool and couldn`t. They told our robes are in the room and we can take room only at 3pm. Had to go around and spend 3 hours in the field. That is also a good alterative to sauna and pool. So, take a blanket or a mat. We had both and we had also a freesby. It`s a very good place for physical activities.

I was a bit apprehensive prior to my stay given the previous comments that were made on booking.com re. the resort, cleanliness, staff behaviour etc, but I have to say, my whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. From arrival to the resort, the staff were so friendly and helpful, my room was basic but had all I needed and I had booked a single room but actually got a double! The treatments were great, food good, but the location and views were stunning. I would definitely return!

I could hear the people in the room next to me quite clearly, however it didn't dampen my stay but something to be mindful of for others

The location is beautiful. Gorgeous scenery. Access to pool was very convenient. I was away with 3 friends and we really impressed to find a room with 4 single beds in it and a very reasonable price. Food was fab, very reasonably priced all staff were very friendly.

Just some small things to mention. Restaurant staff all lovely but the service is nearly too quick with no time between courses. When serving the food plates were left down by stretching infront of others. Just a bit more training required. Bar: As it is a pretty quiet bar we expected table service. But we realised there is no hatch at the bar so the bar person has to walk out into the corridor to come back into the room. Bit of a strange set up. So no table service Bedroom: Room. Lovely lay out. But one bedside table missing from beside one bed and main room light on the right doesn't work properly. Very dim. But none of these issues would prevent me from returning again in the future.

From the moment getting there the rest of the world disappeared, the surrounding views are amazing. We arrived, shown around and brought to our room. First thing we did was headed to the pool and then outdoor jacuzzi for some chill time. Enjoyed the relaxation room and the floatation bed. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Yoga was an option twice during the day. There is a lovely short walk around the grounds and we were lucky enough to see a herd of deer. There are 3 Alpaca on the property too. We were only a 30min drive to Glendalough and headed there to do the Spinc White Walk - breathtaking views. Dinner in the evening was quality. Definitely will be back again. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner too. 10 out of 10 for everything.

Such a lovely place to stay. Dinner was amazing but felt like the service was quite cold and the same with breakfast. The breakfast itself was very good. The location of the health farm was amazing and felt like i could roam about and be at peace. Met two of the alpacas which was also great!

Staff at dinner and breakfast a little cold towards me. As someone who works in hospitality I can usually tell if the service is going to be good or not. Staff were definitely paying more attention to other customers and checking up on them more in comparison to me and because of this I felt quite uncomfortable asking for little things such as more water etc
