Breakfast was super, our hosts Breda & partner were so friendly and helpful and such a great location not too far out of town. They even suggested a lovely place to eat in town, second to none friendly service and again excellent food, I had the chicken supreme a meal I will remember for quite a while it was sooo good.
We had a wet room for our bathroom the only thing I can say is negative on on our stay at this B&B. Maybe a personal thing but we are definitely not a fans.

A good hotel for one-night stay. The room was rather spacy. Really tasty breakfast!
The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom, it did not have any partition/curtain between shower and toilet and most of the floor in the entire bathroom was wet after taking shower.

This place is a real hidden gem...you only see how fantastic it is when you are inside...the garden and the view is amazing..the breakfast will keep you going all day...and the service is efficient, friendly and typically Irish..would definitely recommend this place

Plentiful breakfast served by Brenda, our host. She was very helpful and very kind to us. We arrived a little later than we planned and as we informed her in advance, but that did not cause any problem.
Only the bad weather, but that's not her area of responsibility.

The location is superb, the garden that we had access to went down to the river, a beautiful setting, The owner made us very welcome and as we were on a cycling trip made us a marvellous evening meal, The breakfast was one of the better ones we had all the time in Ireland.

First of all, Breda is a wonderful woman who made us feel like at home. She prepared for us a homemade Irish breakfast and we were 12 :)). It was fabulous e.g the views, the rooms and the lake in the back garden. She did that everything was easy.

Nice place between Cork and the ring of Kerry. Nice back yard facing the river. Brenda the owner was lovely and full of energy. Very warm welcome. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

Warm welcome... The breakfast fills you up for a day tour. Clean in every area..clean room towels everyday.. Lovely backyard lake. Most of all the laundry service for the next trip..fresh n clean clothes.

We arrived super late but the host waited up for us. She even turned on a bed heater before we arrive so by the time we reached the location the bed was already warm. What a thoughtful gesture!!! Also the breakfast scones are amazing!
