We liked every thing about this property. Peaceful rural location Very, very nice breakfast. Huge room. nice view of country side. We stayed 3 nights. Most other guests were from the continent. They seemed to be very relaxed and enjoying their stay. The adjoining 'rest area' and peacefull patio was a lovely touch. Comfy arm chairs a well stocked bar with honesty tab. Snooker, darts, games box plus plus.. Would come back . Macroom is a nice town to walk around with good eating places. Go to the Dunns store for low cost super cloths.

Nothing to dislike about the location or property. If you want to explore the wild atlantic way and coastline be prepared for an hours drive . If this is your first trip or tenth trip to Ireland. Stay here

Very comfortable and cozy B&B in the country. Beautiful building and the room we had was comfortable and the bed linens crisp and clean. We had a private separate bath which was nice (shower was tricky but we managed to figure it out). Lovely and unexpected luxurious spot in the country. Breakfast was very good & elegant. Tea and coffee outside the rooms was very nice too. We enjoyed our stay!

There was a common area with a pool table, tv. and bar. This space and the space just before it could be a little cozier with more seating, music & light snacks (or happy hour) to entice guests to come, stay and mingle.

Lovely B&B in country Ireland. Jacqui met us at check in and was very kind and helpful. We asked for 2 x rooms together and this request was fulfilled - we had 1 x walk in shower and 1 x massive spa bath. Location is very peaceful with fantastic views and you can explore the farm to find horses, chickens and ducks. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the young girl who served us was delightful.

This is not a negative, but a statement: you must have a car to visit in my opinion, as there is nothing to eat/do within walking distance.

A stylish manor type building resembling a film location. The room was spaceous and the breakfast was extensive with lots of options. The porridge was delicious. The staff was attentive and polite, and the mistress and master nice. There was a recroom for guests with things to do. Water bottles and coffee were included in the room.

The house is far from everything, there are no restaurants within a walking distance and the roads can't be walked on safely, so a car is a must to get around. The cupboard in the room was untidy. Otherwise the room was ok.

Amazing building in the middle of green fields. The window overlooks the green hills that are host to sheep, rabbits, and horses. The building itself is spectacular and you feel like an Irish lord. The host is friendly and the room is very spacious.

A bit far from local pubs and food places. You will need to drive about 10 minutes to the local village. Which is ok if the weather is good and you are not drinking. If you want to go out for a drink in the pub, you'll need to have a designated driver or call a cab.

The residence is in a stunning location, set on more than 50 acres of land. It overlooks a beautiful valley of patchwork farms-it felt like arriving to a postcard. The residence has been completely restored by the owners, who live on the property. They were attentive but not intrusive-sometimes a difficult balance. they directed us to great places to eat locally when we weren’t feeling like driving too far. The property feels like something right out of Downton Abbey. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and oh so quiet. Our room had a massive tub in the en-suite bathroom. the hearty breakfast served each morning was enough to carry us over till supper. Fabulous experience. everything you picture on a holiday to beautiful Ireland.

perfect from top to bottom!

Warm welcome from the family made you feel valued and they were always asking if you needed anything and giving advice on travel within the area. The house is in a lovely quiet setting with large grounds with some play areas for children. Room was very spacious and clean but there were lots of places within the house you could relax by either reading in the light and airy annex in a comfy chair, or in the small bar having a game of pool. Very varied breakfast menu was excellent and set you up nicely for the day. Overall a lovely relaxing stay and would definitely book again if in the area.

Breakfast was very good, we felt welcomed, the bed was big and comfortable. The owners were nice and made sure our stay was good. The property is lovely with a little area for the kids to play. Our view from our romm was bueatiful on the Irish coutrtry side.

Out bathroom didn't worked well, the bathtub wasn't working and for the shower, we couldn't adjust the temperature of the water; it was quite hot, especially for our 3-year old son.

The rooms were quaint and old fashioned, the grounds were amazing, was lovely to sit outside in the peace and quiet with a drink. The bar is run on trust, you write down what you drank. Breakfast had a great choice and it was was lovely. It was amazing, will stay again.

Mattress and pillow protectors were dirty.

The home is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The grounds are gorgeous and the horses lovely to see every morning. Our room was spacious (there were three of us) and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was enormous with a full spa type tub and fancy shower. The breakfast featured a menu with a wide variety of choices using local and organic ingredients. The dining room was elegant and clean. Staff was very attentive and welcoming. Location was quiet and gave a wonderful sense of what it would be like to live in the Irish countryside.

There were three of us traveling and only one place to put one suitcase. Additional racks for luggage would be welcome. Also, we appreciate the environmental approach to using our towels more than once but it would be nice to have towel bars or additional hooks to hang them after use so they could dry.
