Excellent customer service. Every staff I ever encountered was super friendly. Rooms were clean. House keeping staff were very attentive. Location is also amazing! Hotel has a back door to a alley way to the beach. The hotel is also on a street with many restaurants, cafes, massages and shops.

We were happy with our room, it was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities. The pool was nice and relaxing, big enough to swim around for a bit but also suitable for just floating around and chilling. It is nice that the hotel has easy access to the beach and some reserved umbrellas and sunbeds for hotel guests. We enjoyed these. Staff was nice and polite. Good location of the hotel, many spas, shops and restaurants around. Pool towels are big and comfy.

The breakfast is not quite perfect value for money - you can grab equivalent of it nearby or directly on site for the same money or less. Next time we would go for the no breakfast option. Our room was a bit noisy.

Great hotel. We liked everything about it. Location, facilities, standards. We had one of the pool access rooms which was great. Plenty of pool towels, Room was spacious great shower, cleaned every day with penty of towels, bottled water etc. Staff constantly cleaning public areas of hotels. Breakfast choice wase good, hollandaise sauce in my eggs benedict was split and maybe not enough, but this was a very small issue. Hotel connects lane to beach, room key provides acccess on returning, shower to clean sand from feet is a bonus. Staff are fantastic, friendly and always eager to help.

I loved this hotel! It’s so nice having a pool right outside your room. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here. Found a roach in the sink, called reception and they reacted very quickly and got it sorted. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need including a hairdryer, robe and toiletries. Also loved having a full length mirror in the room. Convenient supermarket just across the road. Only a short walk to the beach. I would have stayed longer if they had availability.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. All I would say is the restaurant is quite slow at getting you your orders and doesn’t have a lot of choice.

We loved the restaurant which served the breakfast included with our stay, the experience was great, it was not a typical buffet but we could simply pick a meal from the breakfast menu, the food was quite delicious. Staff absolutely lovely too, they remembered us after we came for brekkie the first time and were very caring. Regarding the room; the bed is super comfortable and the bathroom clean and beautiful! Bonus is that a staff member kindly took us upstairs and showed us around our room when we arrived - so warm and welcoming!

The pool is beautiful but almost always in the shade as it is a narrow but long pool that is positioned along the building. The water is therefore quite cold! Perhaps something difficult to control as it seems there would have been limited space to build the pool so the design made sense and we still had a great time with cocktails by the pool!

Room fantastic, bed very comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in in Bali. Staff were lovely.

The only downside was the pool area didn't get sun so pool was freezing.

so good! on arrival the staff were so friendly and treated us so special. welcome drink on arrival, the room was amazing! Right outside from the pool, good aircon, good water pressure, great bed and the room is modem and up to date. Love the check out time of 12pm as standard the area was awesome the hotel restaurant open late with good music and food, across there are massage places and other bars open late serving food and drinks we will definitely comeback here just wish we could have stayed longer I only review when it's exceptional or absolutely horrendous

just a little bit funny thing when we booked they messaged to stay they couldn't confirm a double bed but as soon as I said we will cancel they immediately said they can guarantee the bed

This is our fourth stay at the Ossotel and I am looking forward to the 5th. The pool access rooms are a must and the pool itself was exceptionally warm and very friendly with lots of people willing to have a chat if you wish or you can just lay back and do nothing. The location is amazing with lots of good bars and restaurants very close by. The staff are very friendly and obliging with beautiful smiles on their faces. We booked a few months ago and were only paying around 100 Australian dollars per night which I thought was exceptionally well priced. The beach is a short stroll away but I found it too difficult to leave the pool. You certainly won't regret staying here.

This is the tiniest of criticism but there was a smell in the bathroom that was a little unpleasant but I think it's not the hotel but just the sewage system.

we asked for a second key to our room and were told no, we were only allowed one key per room
