The Lokha Legian Resort & Spa

Fantastic location. Cafes, restaurants, bars and cafes all at the doorstep. Garlic Lane which has the best shopping is a five minute walk. Kuta is a short walk away. The pool and swim up bar were fabulous. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned and serviced daily There is an onsite spa which unfortunately we didn't have a chance to take advantage of. We will definitely be returning in the not too distant future.

The service in the restaurant and bar was extremely slow at times, resulting in our group going elsewhere. Communicating with some of the team, especially in the restaurant at breakfast was an issue.

Staff - excellent. Always friendly and smiling, they are quick to help however they can. Location - fantastic. In the centre of Legian with everything you need less than 1 km The hotel itself is In amazing condition considering we first stayed nearly 15 years ago. It feels like you are in a much younger place.

The hotel still gives out 600ml water bottles every day. I feel a more sustainable alternative would be to provide a central water dispenser and encourage guests to bring a water bottle and refill for free. We stayed in 2 other hotels this trip that did that, one even gave us a reusable drink bottle at check in.

The location of the property was fantastic. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, mini marts, pharmacy’s and pubs. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy. Staff were also very friendly.

As like many Bali resorts and hotels maintenance is lacking. After covid the whole of Indonesia is getting back to its feet with tourists flocking back in. I would expect that maintenance is is on the to do list once tourism economy has peaked again.

EVERYTHING, breakfast was amazing. The Lokha Hotel & Spa was close to everything by walking. Bluebird Taxis were there to be taken, with very low costs. The beautiful relaxing massages were low cost but very professional. Nothing was spared. Pampering from head to toes with Mia, Kadek and Yeni were delightful and rewarding.

There was nothing for me to complain about. I can only say............. I could have stayed longer.

5 nights stay for a girls trip, stayed on 3rd floor with 2 double beds big enough for 3 women, very clean and comfortable. Staff were great, pool bar even better. Great location close to seminyak and the main areas of Legian. walking distance to garlic lane and beach, overall great value for money.

Hotel was a little short staffed but guessing that will improve as Bali gets busier post pandemic. Nothing worth complaining about.

Location was fabulous. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The linen and towels could do with an upgrade as they are stained and old but they were always clean. The pool area is beautiful.

The linen is very stained and old. New linen, towels and pillows would be great. We are thankful we took our own pillows as I wouldn't have likes to sleep on the ones in the room.

The location and staff is fantastic. Rooms big and beds comfortable. great balcony to sit out on over looking the pool. Great swim up bar and great vibe. Good choice of happy hour drinks. Fridge in the room nice and cold. Enjoyed the welcome on arrival and felt very safe as a solo traveler.

Not much choice at breakfast but could be due to Covid, there was no compendium in room so was not sure if there was room service or on site spa service like I used to enjoy at previous stays. The bathrooms are old and tired.

great location walking distance to everything you need in Legian. very well maintained rooms and great sizes, the staff are very friendly and helpful, great pool with plenty of seating and beds around, and great services on offer at the spa

the lighting in the rooms is extremely dark, and the breakfast was underwhelming

The rooms were very good. Beds very comfy. Pool was good, pool bar had some great cocktails. Security guards at front were always friendly & very welcoming. We also loved sitting on the "front porch" for our drinks at night watching the live music across the road.

The buffet breakfast, sorry but it was poor. The omellett was very nice though.
