decent price and excellent location. staff are wonderful people who work very hard and are always cheerful and wanting to assist. coffee at breakfast was a good strength and there was salted butter (both can be rare in Asian hotels).

plates at breakfast were greasy underneath, making me suspicious that they hadn’t been thoroughly washed in hot soapy water. other items like utensils, cups and glasses were very clean.

The pool villa is a welcome sanctuary to relax and spend the afternoon by the pool. Location is very central with everything you need a short walk. The room was huge with plenty of space and the private pool was fantastic. Staff always friendly and willing to help.

Our only criticism would be the move to eco-friendly fridges....I love our planet as much as the next bloke, but a fridge that doesnt keep your drinks cold is a waste of space. We bought a bucket and ice daily just to keep our drinks cold. Also just watch the sides of the pool in the villa, very rough and could cause scratches if unaware.

More variety n change of otions. Some people got very bored n ate esewhere. No grilled toato no mushrooms no hash browns no fresh fruit eg bananas i bought my own no mangoes no fresh citrus.

Location was great and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good too. House keeping did a great job. All plugs worked well.

Cleanliness was not great 😕 the table mats were not clean and sticky.

Location is its best feature. Rooms were quite clean and comfortable and air conditioning was excellent. Plenty of polite and friendly staff around willing to help and hotel was generally quite nice all around

Surprising language barrier with a lot of staff which may be due to tourism returning quickly and not being able to easily source English speaking staff. However all staff were very polite and friendly and did their best. The food from the restaurant is very average for the price not to mention the prices not inclusive of a 21% tax added on which no other restaurant around the area seemed to have. The western menu items were not great but the Balinese dishes were naturally quite good.

Rooms were very nice - clean and comfortable. Lovely cold aircon. We had a balcony room on the side of busy loud street, but great noise cancelling balcony door and really couldn’t hear much noise at all when closed. As you would expect in Bali, beautiful welcoming and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. loved the western/Asian mix, as I love both. the egg station was fantastic, best omelettes! Free wifi in all areas with great cover.

We were there early 2023, so obviously very humid time of the year. I acknowledge most restaurants are open style, and sorry for being picky, but it would be nice if there was an air conditioned area or at least more fans. we would occasionally opt for room service instead as too hot in the restaurant.

Great spacious rooms with large windows and wardrobe. The room service and cleaning are very good. The Internet connection is great! We have faced no issues during the working hours. The breakfast was good, especially when you are coming earlier than 10 a.m. and you have more options available (breakfast is till 10:30 a.m. 😅). The hotel has wheelchair - so you can ask to use it! (we were happy to know about this option)

Wardrobe has small amount of shelves, and they were very high. The pool on the 4th floor is mostly for chilling, it is small and not deep enough to have a swim, but it is for adults only. If you are having a room with the balcony, be ready for a lot of sounds around you and high humidity (there is a fountain inside the hotel and a busy road outside).

Stayed in a room with a private plunge pool. It was super clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet was great- lots of options to suit your preferences. Room service was quick and the menu had a good range of choices. The hotel spa was obviously more expensive than the local spas for treatments but if you want the convenience, it's worth it. I liked that there were two main pools- always plenty of spaces to laze on the lounge chairs. It never got overly busy in those areas. The barstaff will come and serve you at the above ground pool too so you dont have to worry about there not being a swim up bar. Lots of local spas, restaurants and bars in walking distance with an atm on site too. Would stay again!

The only downside is that if you plan to go to lots of restaurants in Seminyak, it will take you a good 20 minutes in taxis because of traffic. If you aren't bothered by that, this Legian location is good.

friendly staff attended our needs promptly when we had some issues with our rooms. bunk beds for kids were a real winner! great location and facilities. the pools were both great, and even though we didn’t need it, was good to have a toddlers pool for littlies. my kids loved the kids club room- although would be better if it was a staffed/ drop off kind of kids club- rather than requiring parental supervision. I’d pay extra for this service, for sure! loved the buffet brekkie everyday, and the free cocktail and Tapas evening! also loved that late checkout was an optional extra, even for $70 AUD- was well worth it.

1 night very loud party happening outside- asked to change rooms next morning, which was happily accommodated. new room had very visibly dirty shower. card swipe room access stopped working and we were unable to enter our room, but was promptly fixed. hot water stopped working one evening, but this was also fixed within an acceptable time. pillows were extremely uncomfortable!

We visited after COVID and although the staff were chasing their tails getting the hotel back to preCOVID, the hotel was clean comfortable. I have stayed here 5 times now and even visiting after COVID the hotel was still very much great value as it always is. The building has minor details that need fixing however it does not disturb the stay. My only suggestion would be it’s time for updated shower heads as this have become blocked and smell a little mouldy.
