Room bit small, aircond unit need servicing water dripping in room 518, hand basin dirty, day curtain dusty & turn black. Bedsheet with stain. But mattress is superb comfortable and pillow is comfy.

clean hotel, friendly staff, cleaned our room daily, good location.
The woman in the restaurant tried charging us extra money, put in two wrong meals on the receipt, claims it was an accident but I don’t see how you key in the wrong meal twice, and they were both more expensive meals than what we had. very loud speaker phone doing calls of prayer, starting at 4.30am, will wake you up every morning.

Very good location for big shopping malls, bus and MRT stations. Lots of street food in area also. Breakfast area was adequate and was often quite busy. Room was good size for single traveller with nice size bathroom and big comfortable bed.
Only 2 hangers in wardrobe.

The hotel was very nice. The room was nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was really really friendly and accommodating, they helped us to book a bus ride to Yogyakarta and even called a taxi for us. Extra kudos for their kindness and good energy.
