St. Elias Resort

Very friendly, good entertainment, a good variety of food and drinks

The pool and bar areas needed to be cleaned more regularly of dirty cups, plates and glasses. Guests were meant to clean up after themselves but many didn’t which meant food leftovers were attracting flies and it wasn’t hygienic. It was the same at night around the entertainment area.

The Food for the 3 meals is excellent, very diversified and tasty. The staf are very nice and they do all they can to help. The rooms are OK , the shower however needs a bit of renovation. Short 15 minutes walk to the beach (Down hill, about 60 m elevation) There are also two large pools which are very nice. Overall a very nice hotel with a good value for money. If

1.The property lists it has a jym however there are two treadmills, two ellipticals, and two bicycles, Thats it. There are no free weights and it sould not be listed as a jym. 2.The food in the snack bar and the alcohol are low quality. 3.The slides are not accessible to children under the age of 6 , even with an adult. Similar slides in water parks do grant access to children with an adult. This was a disappointment, as the water park for the children was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 4.The property consists of a lot of small buildings and the rooms are scattered around the property on the side of a hill. Can be a long and uncomfortable walk with luggage.

We have just got back and could not fault the resort or staff they were so helpful and friendly nothing was to much at all. Also the entertainment staff were amazing our little girl made a friend in will and loved going to kids club (holibob nursery$ to see will and the other staff. We will defiantly be back again.

The resort is very nice. The room we had was exquisite, a huge balcony with a nice view. Bed very comfortable. The staff is smiling, nice, and welcoming. Breakfast was rich and really good. And generally speaking, the few negative issues do not impact the stay, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is recommended. I would go again.

There are a few things to improve: though the rooms are nested in nature, which makes it very normal to have insects outside, we did have a problem with a lot of ants on the inside, clearly coming from one or several tiny holes that ought to be closed. The room lacks toiletries: no shampoo, no facial tissues, no soap... We had to buy several things, which downgrades the value for money. Dinner can be improved, and the restaurant's floor was sticky for dinner and breakfast.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very modern. The maid cleaned daily and topped the fridge in the room with bottles of water. The grounds were kept clean and were well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the service was faultless....don't get me started on the food, it was delicious 😋. The children tried the kids club on our last day and really enjoyed themselves, the entertainment staff were lovely and great with the children. I honestly couldn't fault it at all, one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a long time!! Thank you 😊

I honestly couldn't find a fault with this hotel, it was superb and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊.

Great rooms, Delicious food made fresh out of high quality ingredients 2 separate pool areas one at the top where the slides are full of activities and alive, one next to the reception building, relaxing and quiet with a hot tub near by for adults only. Fantastic entertainers, great shows every evening. great selection of all inclusive drinks unlimited bottled still water, 2 types of draft beer on offer the local KEO and Estrella, Strongbow cans, milkshakes ,hot drinks, ice-cream Free bus to the amazing Figtree bay beach and back.

Water in the pools really cold, even the hot tub was freezing

Great service from the hotel manager, as we had an issue with our room and he solved it in minutes. He also came back the next day to make sure everything was OK and also apologized many times. He made sure we were comfortable and made us feel like valuable customers although we only stayed for one night. Will defiantly come back as such a service is very rare to find in hotels these days, especially for customers who stay for one night.

Nothing- After everything was solved we had no issue at all. They do need more plugs next to the bed.

Food was amazing, room was amazing very spacious family apartment in a quiet location. Nice views from both balconies. Big TV to keep the kids entertained in both rooms. Restaurant were amazing, attentive staff ready to bring your a drink over, clear your table or assist where required. Plentiful of food, with so many choices (hot buffet style) hard not to find something you like. Also drinks were nice, beer on tap and cocktails were good. Nice location especially so close to the room. All pools were great too for all ages.

Nothing, it was amazing from start to finish. All inclusive in this resort is 💯 the way to go.

The property was nicely laid out over quite a big area, in the style of a village with little villas, rather than one big hotel building. All surrounded by herbs, border plants and trees. With a water slide pool and a quieter pool. Very nicely done.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property!

The food was out of this world amazing. I ate so much and the puddings were just wow. The staff are excellent. The room was fantastic, we had a huge balcony. Beds so comfy. Hotel was in a lovely setting. Family friendly, the kids club and entertainment especially Gillian, were fantastic. The free shuttle bus to the beach is great.

We had the best time so nothing to really say, however, as a family friendly hotel I feel the timings of food and entertainment could be better. Dinner doesnt start until 7pm and kids disco not until 8.30pm. Our kids and others I spoke too couldnt make it to that time and were sad they missed out on fun as everything was late.
