the noise carried way too much between rooms- specifically the chairs being moved along the tile floor. the air conditioning/air flow was a bit difficult as the fan was pushing musty/smoky air so it was better left turned off. worth noting that the curtains seemed to have collected this musty/smoky smell and it was almost impossible to be in the room without the door open to offset the smell.

The best thing in this property is the staff at the reception and bar at the entrance, amazing, super helpful and very supportive.

Property is quite old and needs more attention but still in a good shape. House keeping supervisor is quite tough with any requests. Maintenance team needs to knock on the door before opening the rooms for maintenance!!!!!

The staff is pleasant and the location is picturesque, just as depicted in the pictures.

I have paid for breakfast and dinner, but it appears that soft drinks are not included. Would I have to pay separately for drinks during lunch or dinner? did not like it at all!!!

That is a really nice place, amazing personal, very clean inside and outside. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Calm place for relaxing, beautiful hotel territory around pools. Room serviced every day and so polite personal. All used towels always changed. All personal - cleaning ladies, reception, restaurants - is like a huge advantage of this hotel.

Unfortunately, the view from the room was not so nice - broken stuff placed under the balcony and rooms need to be renovated for a long time. Territory of Hotel is so small. Maybe I just was not ready for that. For that price, I would expect 3 times as bigger. And just be ready to pay for drinks at dinner time. It's not a problem, if you know that for advance. About the sea. It's not very clean, unfortunately. It's not because of the hotel but still is a fact.

Overall great stay. Hotel (and island) wasn't crowded due to COVID restrictions. Well run hotel, with very helpful staff. Excellent pools, beach and garden (the water were amazing: clean, warm and calm). Tips: - Room with pool view: from bed you can see the sunrise over the sea; - For only 1.5 euro, bus outside hotel to Larnaca runs every 20-40 minutes; - Just across the street there are some excellent restaurants; - For great fun you have to visit Ayia Napa.

Cons: - Location – the hotel is a bit isolate, outside any entertainment places; you’ll have nothing to do except lay down all day on the sunbed and enjoy excellent local food.

The staff were nice and the room was comfortable and clean

The food was mostly made with pork, they should be adding beef for the people who does not eat pork

The breakfast, there wasnt a lot of choice. The room wasnt very clean, there were stains on the towels, and the cleaning staff were not cleaning very good. The sheets left with stains, and the floor too.

From the beginning we were greeted by Stella and Christina who assisted us with everything we needed. The front desk (reception ) team was very helpful. At the bar we had Paul on our first night and then Anastasia and Paulina looked after us the rest of the week. And no ask was too big, they were always friendly and eager to help. In the dining hall the food was freshly prepared and even the buffet was fresh and magnificent. The breakfast buffet was also good with lots of choice and the lunch was a menu that again was very nice and a big variety. The waiter staff led by Andy was also very polite and helpful My daughter was celebrating her 18th birthday here and all the staff went out of their way to make her feel special. We appreciate all you guys have done! Thanks so much and we look forward to visiting again soon!

It was the end of the season so we were practically the only once at the hotel however they made us feel very welcome and even invited us to the staff end of year party.

My daughter was upset with the noise because they were celebrating the wedding at the other night loud and until very late .

We had all inclusive pack - overall it worth - the food was diversified at the main courses, but the snacks could be improved. The hotel is close from the beach and the sea shore is ideal for the families with little children because the water is not deep for at least 50 m, is clear and is only with sand. Big pools with clear water. Well connected with buses to Larnaca and to the airport.

The room furniture is old and in a medium state. The overall impression about the hotel building is that a renovation should be done, especially in rooms. The hotel is at 20 min by bus from the center of Larnaca.
