Inntu Hotel

Located in the Laureles neighbourhood, the Innate Hotel gives direct access to several restaurants and bars while still being a place to rest at night. The personal is kind and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel gives good breakfast, but can also serve lunch, drinks and good dinner.

The business centre should get an update as the fitness and Jacuzzi facilities on the final floor (by the way: marvellous view!!)

the property is very good in many ways but needs better staff training. some breakfast staff were attentive, served and cleared; others not so much. breakfast food was good and the three different omelet station people very good. dinner food was dreadful. I tried it three times and thereafter went out. No wonder it is rated poorly and often empty while others in the block have lineups. the cleaning staff need a checklist. a small gym is needed.

The location is at the center of Laureles. We walked to restaurants and shopping. All staff were very friendly and they try their best to serve. The hotel has great amenities although the management of service and these amenities could improve.

The hotel has all the “hardware” to be a great four star hotel but maintenance, management of the amenities could significantly improve. Our room missed a light bulb; they were not able to give us two keys which were very inconvenient; the therapy pool on the picture needs spa appointment to enter but it was very difficult to arrange spa appointment and it closes at 7pm, the water of jacuzzi at the roof top did not fill up all the way. All the toiletries in the room were wrapped in tight sealed plastic. They are not environmental friendly and very annoying to open when needed. The hotel has very special architecture elements which needs good lighting to give the comfortable high end vibe. But someone decided not to turn on the lights at lobby and the place felt tiring and lack of energy.

I have stayed already twice in this hotel and would always chose it again. The location is amazing, the room I had was very big and quiet. The latter is really important for me. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is ok. I also like that they have a treadmill on the terrace as I like to work out in the mornings. So this is my favourite hotel so far in Medellin.

Sometimes you can hear your neighbours and some rules about quiet times would be good I think. The terrace could open earlier in the morning. But in general nothing really that I didn't like.

Nice location with many restaurants, supermarkets and anything you need close by. The room was big but the state of it could be improved a bit. We booked a tour with the hotel recommended agency. Safe area.

Disappointed to know that booking with Booking meant we had no breakfast included. If you book with them directly, it is included and way cheaper. You need to pay extra for the spa (expensive).

Location and the staff. Everything you could need or want is within a block or two of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help. Good in room air conditioning, which isn’t common in Colombia.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

Everthing was great. The staff were super friendly and extremely welcoming. The room was spotless. The breakfast was great. Very well run hotel and amazing staff.

During check-in i was told that there was a jacuzzi on the roof that was available for guest use. When we went the next morning the the jacuzzi had no water and did not look like it had been used in some time. This did not affect my stay as i did not plane on using anyway. The veiw from the roof was great.

The breakfast was very good the location is right in the center of the gringo Gulch and Nicki and the crew at the front desk are fantastic, I have been staying at this particular facility for close to 15 years and it’s always been satisfying. The Italian restaurant is now open 24 hours and that’s a great plus.

Nothing everything is fine

Good service . Excelente breakfast , very clean, excellent location.

The water heater did work one day and we had to take a shower with very cold water, no one did not apologize. Also, at the entry, they ask if you want to drink something but never mentioned that you have to pay for it, we thought it was complementary while you are doing the check in, we said yes to a soda and then they ask us to sign a receipt.

Very nice buffet breakfast on their large outdoor patio. Spacious room and very quiet. Great location in Laureles.

Hallway has an automatic shut off switch which shuts off too quickly so you better make it to your door before the light goes out; taxi drivers would benefit if a more prominent sign was out front as I had 2 drivers who had some difficulty finding the place.
