staff was very friendly . The hotel connects from the lobby to a shopping center which is very practical. very well located , transportation is easy. the mattress was not so good on the more used side, so I switched sides. Breakfast was very good but if you come after 9 am, the tables already used are not ‘refreshed’ no cups, napkins, spoons you have to ask for everything, not a big issue but unexpected in a 5 stars hotel

The staff at the front desk was just not too welcoming and sort of rude after checking out. Check-in could not be done before 4 pm, therefore we had to drop all bags and backpacks, and after having stored everything, they asked for our passports. We had to run to an appointment and came back late at night to have someone insisting on getting a copy of our passport when that could have been done in the morning. After leaving the hotel, a taxi was requested by the front desk; they could not find a car available, and basically, we had to sort it out on our own using apps. Gym is outdated, I guess nobody uses it.

Great location near wonderful Sunday market and many nice dining options. Attached to a mall with an organic grocery store downstairs. Nice plentiful breakfast with great fruits and juices and yummy pastries. Arranged pick up at airport was really smooth and welcoming. Housekeeping super on top of it and lovely balcony. Super safe neighborhood.

The front desk staff could not find my booking.com info and generally seemed out to lunch. Main complaint is that clerk said that he arranged transport for me back to airport (it was at 2:30am) and when I came down to catch the cab, not only had the cab not arrived, they had never been called and the front of house had no idea what I was talking about. Just lacked attention to detail. Eventually got new cab sorted by night clerk and got to airport in time for super early flight. However, a good buy for the money in a great area.

The breakfast was great, nice selection. The location of the hotel was great for the proximity to the office site. The view of the city was ok, but this is a mountainous area.

The sensors of the halls didn’t always illuminate on time when stepping out of the rooms. This could be improved for safety. More information about what is contained in the adjoining mall

On arrival the staff let us know that the hotel was fully booked and that our room was going to have two twin beds instead of the queen bed we had requested, they later changed it after we considered leaving. The breakfast service was a little understaffed so we had to wait for cutlery, the room seemed a bit outdated and didn't smell very well (because of the carpet)

The location was the main reason for picking this hotel. It is located as part of a shopping mall and is situated near Parque Usaquen. The location felt extremely safe and had a lot of great restaurants and cafés to offer. The staff was great and attentive and was very helpful with making our stay even greater. We were really impressed with the measures the hotel took during the pandemic. The staff was also extremely helpful with translating forms needed for getting our tests done before travelling back. The room was wonderful, large and spacious and the terrace overlooking the mountains and the quiet streets was really great place to relax. The room were a bit cold since the buildings in Colombia doesn't have central heating, however the hotel provided us with electric heaters and enough blankets.

It was really difficult navigating all the channels on the TV. Our trash cans hadn't been emptied from the previous tenants. There were a few hairs left on the pillows. I wished that the terrace was a bit more decorated.

Breakfast and food in general is amazing and so is all the comfort experience offered by the hotel. Staff is lovely, very attentive and charming. Location and views from the room are fantastic. My boyfriend and I were looking to have a calm pleasant stay when we went to Bogotá for my medical appointments and to have a silent recovery after them and it was just what we found there.

The mattress, I felt it's past its life time and needs to be changed. Either way, the bed sheets were immaculate and comfortable in general, I just prefer a more firm mattress.

Nice safe location. Many restaurants and shops nearby to browse during the day or evening without security concerns. Room with terrace has good light and view. EJasy transportation via bus or taxi to center of Bogata. Hotel staff were supportive in facilitating covid testing. Special thanks to Sebastian for professional attention and coordination of the visit.

Excellent breakfast and good food in general. For those that need to visit the Canadian Embassy and Canadian companies like Gran Tierra and Parex, the location of this hotel is great!

Very nice hotel with fantastic staff. It is located in a very convenient place, next to a shopping mall and the town of Usaquen, with plenty of restaurants and shops. Easy access to transport makes it the best choice for both leisure and business.
