It’s within walking distance to the convention center, staff are professional and hospitable. Very helpful as well. Love the spa facilities, and the bar - BRU.

Distance from some attractions, and how hectic traffic can get. And oh, shower water leaking in the loo, there’s a hole in the shower seat that needs to be sealed but wasn’t addressed by the staff during our 5 day stay. Still good though, not really bothersome.

Housekeeping didn't clean the room for 3 days. you need to keep asking to clean the Room, (happened twice) Most of the staff can't understand English, you can communicate with some. You can't sit in the outside facilities as you will suffer from mosquitos

Location is perfect if you are traveling to NECC exchibition center for the show. You can enter the center via 2nd flour of the hotel. No queueing at central entrance

It is not that we did not like it, but sauna area in SPA center could be a bit more developed.

Amazing Breakfast with Indian Breakfast options, Comfortable Room and very good location. Very Close to Hongqiao Railway Station, Airport and Adjacent to National Exhibition & Convention Centre ( NECC ).

There was no staff to handle your luggage.

The location was great and the breakfast was amazing. The club benefits are excellent, especially the afternoon tea. I strongly suggest you upgrade to it because it's good value for money. The facilities are good and the room is very comfortable.

There was a small mix up regarding fees but the deputy manager Sherry quickly rectified the situation which I am thankful for her fast response and good customer service skills! It is only a small thing I know but there should be tissues on the table when you're having breakfast because I am a messy eater and often need something to wipe my hands with tissue. It's a bit inconvenient to have to ask the waiter to get me some tissues. It's not the end of the world I know but just a suggestion for how they could do things better.

The staff is simply excellent.

The room was a little hot and quite dry. Shanghai was dry during my stay, but I was surprised wake up feeling drier than Michigan’s winter.

You should put in more coffee, equal /sugar in the rooms. I don’t like to keep requesting for them.
