location close to the railway station and Hongqiao airport very convenient. Rooms are nice, however sometimes confusing with to many different switches. Beds comfortable. Good TV with sufficient programs.

Breakfast was below average. Not enough room since tables were not cleared after used. Coffee machine did not work well. Minor repairs in the bathroom needed. Insulation tape of shower was hanging down. Staff was not very supportive since too much coming and going of guests.

Location is excellent near the HSR and The HUB Breakfast is fantastic Staff all speak English and very helpful Rooms are clean and amenities are provided upon requesting for them

Very friendly & helpfully staff! I evaluated everyday room cleaning. One small exception... A janitor should be told to hoover the carpet in the room under wardrobe's sliding doors ;) A bit unpleasant was observing pieces of debris after I pulled that doors.... But in complete I am really fond of this place.

It's close to the high-speed railway station. It's easy to get there. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast.... wow wow wow....amazing. exceptional variety of Asian and Western food. The room was beautiful and the super large bed was very comfortable.

No clear directions how to get to hotel.

The staff was very helpful and able to accommodate all the requests with big smile. The quality of beddings and furniture was great.

Being a germ-phobic, I found some parts of bathroom and toilet were not cleaned up to the standard of rest of the property. It can be because I went for early check in which may lead towards prepping the place faster. Other than that, everything was good

Excelent breakfats, with international and chinese options. Hongqiao Railway Station is just across the street, and there are many restaurants and shoppings malls inthe surroundings of the hotel.

Friendly and flexible staff, on 5th night allowed me late check out so I could enjoy my time in Shanghai more.

Perfect location for Hongqiao Railway Station and Airport; we booked a superior king but were upgraded to a deluxe room which was nice; awesome breakfast and plenty of places to eat around the hotel itself - very impressed with everything!

Bed was comfortable and the buffet dinner was great on the weekend. Staff were reasonably helpful, room was clean and comfortable and the black out curtains work well and the staff were friendly and polite.

I wasn’t aware the buffet wasn’t available on weekdays and I booked an extra night hoping to have the seafood buffet again only to find out that it was only a la carte. Quite disappointed…. their policy cards state they try to protect the environment by not changing the bed linens everyday and if you wish to reuse the towels hang them up. However on the first night I came back upstairs in the morning to find my pillowcases etc being changed and all my towels replaced even when hung up. It’s not a huge problem but just seems they don’t follow the policies helping them to protect the environment so seems a bit pointless having them. Also if you order takeaway you have to go outside of the hotel to pick it up at a station they have set up for this purpose. It’s a little annoying

Well managed property. Staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. Easy access to lots of eateries.

Access to hongqiao train station. There is no lift up and down to and off the bridge (according to hotel staff). Imagine carry heavy suitcases in hot summer time. It’s not funny.
