Very friendly staff, Frank the front desk manager was very helpful and always greeted us when he saw us. Rachel the bartender was very friendly and funny, always going above and beyond. She always asked which game we wanted to watch on the TV. Definitely an asset to the bar/restaurant.The food in the restaurant was fantastic, drinks as well. They have an amazing prime rib special on Wednesday night. Overall experience was fantastic and would definitely stay there again. Close to downtown, gastown and cruise port. Washer and dryer available which was an asset for us.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not working.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms include a sitting area with a couch and a chair, a desk and chair, a small refrigerator, two sets of dishes, a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a separate bedroom. It is easy to eat breakfast in your room if you bring food with you. The bed is comfortable and there is adequate storage for clothing. It's located within walking distance of several restaurants and a Save On supermarket which has a Starbucks. The hotel restaurant, Acqua, has a very good Happy Hour and wonderful cheesecake. The room is serviced daily.

Location was great, easily accessible. parking lot is well lit. Spacious lobby. Room had good and necessary amenities for family. Housekeeping was accommodating with requests.

Check in was quick but could be better. Info about hotel amenities should be provided during check in. Hotel seems to have one elevator. The stairs we tried to use was dirty, some type of liquid was on the floor. Hotel management should look into this. All stairs should be accessible and usable all the time for safety reason.

The hotel lobby and restaurant are fantastic. We were actually really impressed with the restaurant. It was very comfortable and the food was delicious. They have a fantastic Happy Hour menu. Great service! We didn’t use the pool but we did see it and it was a very inviting outside pool. Our room was huge, sitting room with a small kitchen space and a bedroom. We really appreciated that this is obviously an older hotel that has been renovated and kept current. Very nice vintage features. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were lovely Room service for breakfast was fast, delicious and well priced

Once we had been in the room for a while I noticed some things that could have been cleaned better. In a few spots there was very obvious dirty walls and trim. On the wall beside one of the beds there was something that looked like blue toothpaste. The door trim in the bathroom and some of the bathroom walls needed to be cleaned. The TVs were older and we were disappointed we couldn’t plug in our fire stick. The bathroom had shampoo and soap but we had to go ask for conditioner. Just a small detail but I thought it was kind of representative of how I felt about the room over all, small details could have more attention.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. Carlos at the on-site Acqua restaurant was always pleasant and did a great job serving us breakfast each morning. When we first arrived our toilet tank was not filling correctly. Hotel maintenance came to our room and repaired the problem promptly. We like staying here because our room has a facilities to heat food and a refrigerator so we can eat in our room if we desire. Also, the hotel is very convenient to a grocery store, many restaurants, and a Vancouver light rail station. We will stay here again on our next visit to Vancouver.

The room was nice, but it was weird that we had two very big beds. Strangely enough, that was cheaper than having a room with 1 bed only. But the beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom was kinda outdated, the AC was a bit loud and the pool was not the best. The sunbeds were outside of the pool area, there was no shade and it was next a parking lot with construction on site, so very loud and with bad asphalt smell. I know this is not something the hotel can control, but at least then have some nice sunbeds with umbrellas next to the pool.

It was quiet, both concierge were very polite, there were many people having fun playing games in the lobby which I had never witnessed before. The pool had just opened but unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the facilities. The room was very clean, had everything we needed, a big comfy bed and amazing jacuzzi tub. Overall out stay was very satisfying!

Was not expecting to pay for parking… never had to pay for parking while staying at a hotel before.

I had a non refundable rate booked for my stay and thank to Mohammed it worked out to make some changes, as I arrived one day earlier and wanted to cancel the last night. He was very helpful, and the location is perfect! It takes around 15 minutes with public transport (the station is 3 min walk) to get to downtown. The room was very spacious, and above average in Vancouver :)

The toilets in the lobby were extremely dirty, but that was at night time..

We liked the layout of our suite and the room amenities. Food was good at the onsite restaurant although pricey for breakfast and the outdoor patio is spacious. A nice short walk to other restaurants nearby and an easy drive to the PNE where we were taking in an event.

The website says outdoor heated pool and when we arrived it was covered… asked at the Front Desk and they said it was closed for the season. VERY misleading as we chose this hotel because it had a pool for the kids.

Excellent location. Close to sky train and easy to find by car. Tim Hortons practically next door. Pull out couch in separate part of the room was very nice to have so my kids didn't have to share a bed.

Very noisy neighbors slamming doors and shouting in the hallway until long after midnight. Sound proofing of rooms could be better. Pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, but still nice to have.
