Western Budget Motel #1 Leduc/Nisku

I had booked through a 3rd party site, booking a room I didn't realise was way too small for my gf and I. The staff was very helpful in getting me upgraded to a bigger room. The room was huge! Kitchenette and fireplace, something I had never seen before! Was very happy with my stay there.

Having to take my shoes off in the lobby before walking to my room, or being fined seems very extreme and most likely illegal.

Budget room was a good spot for a solo overnight and early morning departure. Airport shuttle was on time and convenient.

Somewhat difficult to regulate the room temperature. Room and common areas a little run down but mostly clean.

The room was beautiful! Lovely fireplace. The lady at the counter was very helpful and kind. We checked in easily. Our stay was super comfortable. This was the first motel I stayed at that let me adjust the temperature. It was great. Super clean.

Just a small thing, that you have to talk to a separate building and go up stairs. Everything was super good quality though, I highly recommend this hotel.

good location close to the airport

I am afraid it was my fault … I should had spoke up the night before … i informed the front desk of what was wrong and she told me it would have been resolved if I did speak up the night before. both front desk ladies were very nice and pleasant to talk to. I will know next time I stay cause I will recommend it.

Great staff. Friendly, cordial. I made a mistake of locking myself out of my room on the last day of my stay but the problem was dealt with after business hours. I'm impressed and it definitely is a committed team working here. I'd stay again and I'd recommend the place to anyone!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. it was very clean inside and out and the parking was nice and close to my room.

They could use some updating. the towels were frayed and old with holes in them. the wallpaper was peeling from the wall and there was some plaster coming off above your head in the shower.

Darlene at front desk was exceptional! Professional, courteous, kind, helpful, and real. No fake veneer of distant arrogant courtesy. Don't lose her. She's gold. And much appreciated the Gideons Bible in the room. A thoughtful touch.

Pillows could be upgraded in 219.

The price for a standard room was good. It was comfortable and I ask to check out 6 hours later cause I was flying out mid evening and it was only a 20.00 dollars more instead of a full night extra like other hotels were charging. I will be back.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. It's close to everything and there restaurants at walking distance. The price per room is good.

Unusually large and spacious room, very clean, and desk staff was very helpful. Will definitely use again if the occasion arises

The only downside for us is their limited hours for check-in. My flight was delayed and I arrived at 2:30 AM. Fortunately a family member arrived before me and was able to let me in
