New, has everything you need. Friendly helpful staff.

Got in early about 12:30pm and could have used an option for early checkin. They said sorry room isn’t ready. Come back in 2 hours. I was very exhausted from a long journey and had to go elsewhere to waste 2 hours. So tired and disappointed they wouldn’t accommodate me in my time of need.

Room was modern looking and clean and beds and pillows were comfy. Staff were accommodating. Location isn't bad either, a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. But it was a good stay overall.

It's minor but we needed more towels in the evening and called from our suite, I guess they were short staffed so we had to go downstairs to retrieve them for ourselves. Also the heater was incredibly loud, had to use earplugs.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed. Walk in shower.

Pool was closed. If we had known that in advance we would have selected another hotel. Very noisy kids playing late into the evening. Room not soundproof. Replaced coffee pods only when asked. Did not remove dishes during our entire stay.

I loved the bright and airy interior as soon as you walk in. It was very clean and the room was absolutely beautiful with a lot of natural lighting and light colors to make the room airy and open. It was quiet so I slept very good on the exceptionally comfortable bed. And the pillows were the bomb! I liked the keurig in the room! The open shower was spacious and the shower head was awesome!

At this point there was absolutely nothing that I disliked. the only thing that I can think of was when I checked in, the clerk was very quick to point out that breakfast was not included because I had booked through booking.com. I didn't care. There was a McDonald's across the street AND a Starbucks. So my money went there.

The hotel is new and that was wonderful. Losts of room in 403, microwave and fridge. Cleaning optional at extra charge, as it should be, because I don't require daily cleaning.

When I checked in there was a huge party doing on at 307 but the front desk quickly moved be to 403, no charge, and problem was solved. The staff were great.

Good location. Friendly staff during check-in. Comfortable rooms. The hotel and adjoining restaurant / pub are pet friendly which is very important to us.

The pet fee was a little higher than for other hotels we stayed at but it was still reasonably priced.

There were no complimentary toiletries or water available in our room. We had to ask. The Ac was on the floor which is a little dangerous when you have kids.

The location and price were great. The hotel was easy to find, even when arriving after dark. I liked the feel of the hotel the moment I stepped into the lobby. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. The room was very well appointed and comfortable.

The deadbolt did not latch from the inside of the door (room 514). There was a security latch on the door so I set that while I was in the room. I did mention it to the front desk upon check-out and they said they would get someone to look at it right away.

Fantastic location, very close to South Edmonton common. The staff are great and the room was large and fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant is awful. I would never order from them again. Extremely over priced and the butter chicken had bones in it. Just awful. Ended up throwing it away.

This property is in an excellent location and has all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. The staff and owner are very professional and deal with any issues immediately. I highly recommend this hotel property to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable stay. The rooms are of very high quality and exceptionally clean.

There were some noisy individuals during my stay but the owner did take action immediately to correct this situation.
