Hampton Inn by Hilton Edmonton South

The hotel is a good option if you are travelling to Edmonton temporarily. The price was reasonable; the beds were comfortable. However, the pillows are a bit too soft but nothing awful that you cannot sleep. The breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations, varying from French Toast to pancakes to waffles and different omelet options. The location is good, and you have other stores around the hotel.

Good hotel for a fair price.

I loved my big spacious room for a night of studying before a big exam, and the staff were very friendly. The pool was closed for maintenance, but I wasn't going to have time to use it anyway. The next night I had a separate reservation for a different room with my parents visiting, and we'd planned on relaxing in the hot tub, and the staff were so accommodating, they moved my reservation to the hotel next door, so we could use their pool facilities, and yet we could still come back to this hotel for the hot breakfast! I quite appreciated that gesture!

Friendly accommodating staff, nice clean rooms. I liked how many outlets there were to charge our phones and sound machines with. The free breakfast was tasty and the wifi was helpful.

The alarm clock in our room was set for 6am, but we didn't know. It took a few tries to turn it off in the early morning. Also, there may have been too much chemical in the pool/hot tub. My mother-in-law had a navy swimsuit before we went into the pool, but when we came out it was grey. Our skin was pretty irritated afterwards as well.

It is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is kept clean. Rooms and bathrooms are a nice size and have all the amenities you need.

The hotel is older and is starring to show its age a bit. The tv channel selection was very limited ( normally that would not bother me , however being there for medical reasons and having to spend more time in the room I really noticed it) and the wifi was spotty.

Our room was spacious and clean. Their free breakfast was great, with a lot of variety to choose from. The hut tub and swimming pool were a plus. We did have an exceptional experience here.

The front desk wasn't welcoming at all, and I had to pay them 3 times even though it was for 1 booking for 3 rooms. Their parking lot was a bit slippery.

Spacious rooms, great hot breakfast, pool. Always our 1st choice when staying in the city.

To bad bathroom at the pool was out of order. We were on the 3rd floor making it difficult to take our youngest to the bathroom when swimming. All the drink machines were put of order.

i stayed there 1 night on Mon Aug 30th, 2021. Hotel was clean and located at a very clean location. Hotel staff was very friend and co operative. I was not able to switch from local channels to HDMI Port to connect my satellite device. Kimi at reception helped me to find some other TV remote then she engaged hotel technician Pratab who came to check the TV with me and then arranged a different remote which worked with the TV so i can switch to HDMI port. BF was buffet and awesome / fresh. will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Breakfast was fantastic- huge selection and great quality.

Unfortunately there were road repairs that were allowed to go on until 1 am right outside our window. I would have hoped the hotel would have asked them to comply with noise bylaws but the construction was very loud, very late.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Looking forward to the day when we move away from disposable "everything"! Our room was spacious and surprising quiet even though we were right in front of the elevators. The bed was good. Room itself was a little on the warm side for our preference however, it was tolerable.

The 'bathroom' was the only blemish on our stay with a chipped porcelain or enamel tub and broken tile/ grout in the shower. Kinda needs a renovation.

The room was stylish and very clean. The beds very comfortable. I love the little things like bottles of water, lots of outlets in the right places and 2 large mirrors. Lots of places to put luggage. The breakfast was amazing and complimentary. Will definitely make this my go-to hotel

There was nothing to complain about.
