Trinity Residence Bansko

We got very nice room with very beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious and the spa zone was wonderful. The location of hotel not far from the center and near you have a lot of restaurants and bars, beautiful places and parks. Staff was very nice, polite and professional.

On the our floor were British guys that drunk every night and made so much noise. They were screaming, running over the floor and didn’t respect other guests. Administration of the hotel was able to fix it only on the 3rd night. Next time it would be better to call the police immediately. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the new towels during the week, despite that housekeeping cleaned our room.

Very good value for money. Central location. Dinner very good, not so many choices, but you can always find something that you like and very tasty. Friendly Staff and is willing to help, despite of the fact that not everybody speaks English. Transfer car to cable is a plus. Room is clean and bathroom is really ok and modern. Large pool and water temperature is perfect.

We stayed at 1st floor, exactly above the restaurant. Avoid 1st floor- it is very noisy from 7 a.m. as you can hear the noise made by customers at breakfast. Breakfast is the same each day and not the best. The schedule for slope transfer is only till 10:00 so you have to get up and eat in time, but this was not the problem. The problem was the return from the slopes as the last transfer is at 5 p.m. It was impossible to be at 5 p.m. at the meeting point, as the line to the cable at the upper station was huge and we had to stay 1-1,5 hours in line. It would be great if the schedule could be prolonged till 6 p.m

We liked the room, the bed was comfortable. For the breakfast, you had a lot of options to choose from, either eggs, fruits, cereals ... The spa and pool are very nice. Some staff members were very friendly and customer-oriented. The room was clean but you can see in the bathroom corners that it needs some maintenance, after a shower the water was sometimes leaking on the floor.

You could hear the people in the room next to you. I would have preferred to have a coffee machine available in the breakfast area, you had to order it from the staff every time, same for the breakfast you had to order it to the staff but I think this was a COVID measure. Not all the staff members knew Englis.

The location is perfect, exactly in the city old Center, on a very quiet street. It has an excellent pool & jacuzzi, the water was very warm and excellent after a day on the slopes. The room it was ok and clean. Moreover there is a free shuttle bus for the slopes.

The food was not quite the best, breakfast is the almost the same every day, but it is ok. The dinner some days was very good, but some days was not. The isolation of the room was very poor. You can here absolute everything what was in the neighbour room.

Great pool and nice jacuzzi. The hotel offers 2 saunas as well, very nice when you're back from skiing and your feet are suffering. Apres ski massages were also available but we did not have time to enjoy once - i bet it would have been nice. Confy room and very hot during the Winter. We celebrated New Year's Eve at the hotel and it was very nice. Nice amenities (free bus from the hotel to the ski gondola)

The bed matress was very worn out, like you would sleep 'on iron'? Towles and robes were also a bit worn out, you can tell the hotel may need a bit more work. But great value for money.

Spacious and solid hotel right in the historical centre of Bansko, near the restaurants and attractions. Great for a short visit.

The furnishing is rather tired. The "free upgrade" room with a balcony was quite nice, the "regular" room not so. The TV set stuck inside a cupboard was difficult to see (not that there was much on it anyway, there was no remote control and the one provided later did not really work). There was a lot of dust in the rooms. No AC (though you will rarely need to use AC in Bansko). The reception desk staff was not overly enthusiastic to meet us and took their time. It does not feel like the typical 4* hotel (but it doesn't cost as much either).

the pool was great! I also liked the location, it was a nice walk to the main attractions and the shuttle to the gondola was nice!

We had breakfast and dinner, but it was not great, if you know food at Bulgarian all inclusive style, it was like that. you can find something to eat, not like really bad, but not great. Also a small renovation to the room would be good. (paint the walls)

Good breakfast and dinner, the food was probably better than in other places we ate in Bansko. My daughter absolutely loved the warm swimming pool and small kids playing area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, thank you!

The only thing we didn’t like is the strong heating in the bathroom. We turned the room heating off but The room was still very hot: we were sleeping with the window open (a bit) and it was still hot, our family is not used to such temperatures in the night

Overall, the hotel is good value for your money, you basically get what you pay for. The room was ok, with minor set backs. The staff was friendly. The hotel has an underground parking which is nice.

I think improvements can be made to the rooms, to the pool area, and the food at the restaurant. Location is rather far from the gondola but they offer a free shuttle.

Prezadovoljni smo. Hotel jako blizu centra, čist, uređen, poseban parking, sa bazenom za malu decu i velikim bazenom. Posebna pohvala za osoblje, koje je produžilo rad bazena za jedan sat da bi užvali u istom, jer smo stigli u 19:30, a bazen se zatvara u 20:00, pa je rad produžen do 21:00.
