Amira Boutique Hotel

Very good breakfast, Spa has a variety of facilities. great place for families. walking distance from Bansko attractions: Ski lift, Restaurants, Old town and Mountain view. Staff was very kind useful.

At first was accommodated in a room w/o A/C. was moved to a room with A/C short after asking to.

We loved the fact that the staff wanted to please us and give us a better view room than the room we got, the staff was extremely nice. My kids had a good time in the playroom which is small but has all little kids want. The breakfast was nice the beds were comfortable the location was great, the spa and massage were very good

The room was a bit dusty, the pool wasn't as hot as we thought. Could be nice to have different options of breakfast mostly was the same everyday. When taking a shower the water kept coming out and wetting the floor we told the staff and they tried to help and fix it but didn't succeed. But all in all a good stay. Thank you

As we visited during down season, we were upgrades from a hotel room to a 1 bed apartment so amazing value for money. Spa was very quiet during this time too. Breakfast was ordered from a menu, though it looks like it's normally a buffet, I guess it makes more money sense with so few guests not to put on a buffet. In the non-ski season, the location is a little out of the way of most things, but we didn't mind the walk into town.

Steam room wasn't working on our last day and the hydrotherapy jets in the main pool didn't work for the whole of our stay. But based on how little we paid, we really didn't mind. I'd assume when the hotel is full and more money is coming in, they'd prioritise having these fixed.

Everything was great!

It's a cozy hotel. Web had a large studio room with balcony. Every day cleaning and change of towels. IT was Nice and funny ți receive chioco sweets every day. The pool and the spa area as well are very good. The personnel is nice and warm. We liked a lot Salih, the driver, who sometimes was also in the restaurant area helping his colleagues. Irina, the receptionist, was also very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Amira and we recommended it to our friends.

The pillows that were too big for me.

The one bedroom apartment was massive and had anything you could ever want. The swimming pool and outdoor sun loungers are great for relaxing. I have to give it a 10 seeing as I stayed in the off season and it only cost me £40 for the night.

It is nowhere near a 5* hotel. The gym contains only 3 pieces of equipment which are old. They would be better off getting rid of it and not advertising they have a gym. The breakfast was pretty dreadful. I would've been disappointed with it even in a 2* place. Very few members of staff speak even basic English which may be a problem for some.

The comfort and feeling as if at home during my stay. The location of the hotel is excellent and within a walking distance of all top spots in Bansko. The spa was excellent. The staff was amazing and always there but not in a bothering way. I totally recommend Amira, and I will for sure be back as this easily became my favourite hotel in Bansko.

The only thing I can think of was the temperature of the hot tub as it was too high for my taste, but that is just my personal preference, not a fault of the hotel.

Great hotel overall. Excellent restaurant: the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The service is outstanding: Krasi - the head waiter - made our dining experience unforgettable with his caring attitude with attention to detail, constant but unintrusive presence and great humor within the boundaries of good taste. We arrived late on the first day of our stay and asked to have our dinner served in the room. 15 minutes later we had a 4-course top-quality dinner menu served in our suite personally by Krasi and his apprentice. Great facilities for kids. We are definitely coming back next year and for longer.

The hotel doesn't have an outdoor swimming pool.

The size and appearance of the room, cleanliness, very comfortable beds and pillows, nice view, decent breakfast, amenities, friendly staff.

The hotel does not have a parking at all, even if they mention in the description they have a "private parking", the bathroom was extremely small, with a bathtub from which the water was running on the floor and a glass shelf mounted above the bathtub which was useful only to hurt in it, water in the pool very cold, we needed to pay for coffee at breakfast. Also the first room that we received was smelling so badly of cigarette smoke that we couldn't stay there.

Big comfortable rooms, nice pool and spa areas, very clean rooms and hotel overall. Tasty food on restaurant. Good massage services at decent prices.

In the apartment room the extra beds (sofa) was terrible. Not comfortable at all, even my childern couldnt sleep, for sure wrong choice for adults or teenagers. Also stuff in the restaurant is not well organized. They delayed our food significantly, although there wasnt a lot of people, and order finally delivered was wrong.
